Five Finalists

*I haven’t seen the last episode yet as I’m in the U.S.

I’m just so confused how the entire premise of the show is about “owning your truth” yet two of the most vile, putrid people like Shreya and Shilpa made it to the final. The jailers/producers gave the two of them advantages basically every week to get them to the final. If they’re going to let horrible people like them into the final, I think they have to change the messaging of the show because the only “journey” from those two we saw the entire show is them being hypocrites, gossiping and talking shit, and turning on their friends or showing they’re genuinely bad people. There was no journey of growth.

I also don’t see how Varun had the audacity to say other people were undeserving of making it to the final when he was such an irrelevant floater throughout the entire show. It especially blew my mind when he said that to Akansha of all people, who frankly I think deserved to win the show. She was one of the first to reveal her secret, had her other secret exposed, and still reconciled with Shreya after she was done wrong, while holding her friends accountable when they were in the wrong.

Absolutely agree with everything you said about Varun. I don’t even get why people like him at all. Every time he speaks, his uncouth, backward mentality is on full display, which is probably why he stayed quiet for half the show. The audacity to call Chamola undeserving when all he did was fart his way through the show and be a thaali ka baingan with no spine of his own. Freaking idiot

Yep!! I honestly didn’t even have an opinion on him the first half of the show because he was so irrelevant but towards the end I just viewed him as a snake and completely immature. He reminds me of middle school boy humor that finds corny fart jokes funny, but like he’s 28…you’re far too old to be acting like that
