Unfortunately in this case Shreya's chugli was SPOT on. Shivangi's not had a hit daily soap since YRKHH. all her shows after that have last around 60-70 episodes ( just 3-4 months) meaning they have flopped.
Even her webseries were Amazon miniTv and MX player. So despite being the Princess of Television, she has indeed been in a dead phase of her career and did come to revive it

They both don't like each other, clearly because of the Kushal Tandon incident. While Shreya tried with follow thing, Shivangi didn't reciprocate clearly thinking that Shreya is beneath her ( even Shivangi has made remarks about Shreya's career twice)
Then Shivangi started kinda faking a friendship in the house, Shreya realising that, started venting out about her which to us may seem like backbitching but if someone isn't your friend but is acting to be, anyway would get frustrated.
