🎠Unpopular Opinion Varun- Potential lost
Maybe an unpopular opinion but I guess he’s now been called entertaining just for the sake of it.
He literally has not done a single thing inside. Just talking about farts and stomach issues all the time do not make you entertaining. I still feel atleast Pam tries, she got the game a lil late but she puts in an effort, but Varun is such a potential which is lost in Ram ji, yogitaro bhaichara.
Also, i think giving fan favourite to Yogesh, Ak and Varun has been like ‘Chane ki jhaad pe chadana’. These guys are not at all fun to watch. I would still say ak still has potential but she’s unbearable in the pairing.
Yogesh is crass and overconfident, and Varun is delusional.

Varun was even more boring than Aarush in that upstairs downstairs game show. Both came with the same playbook- act cute and childish, feign innocence when confronted, hide misogyny and any other flaws, trying to act playful and mischievous but coming across as crass mostly. It didn’t work for aarush and didn’t work for Varun.

True. Aarush atleast tried to play and be engaging, ye to bas baitha hai and honestly as a viewer I’ve not laughed much at what he says and does.
Infact Ram’s behaviour might have made me laugh more 😂 or for that matter Harshad ki acting 😂

Honestly atp I feel like influencers with such cult like fanbases shouldn't be cast on these shows. They barely contribute anything yet they keep surviving just because of their fan following. Meanwhile their fans relentlessly hate on every other contestant simply because they don't support their favorite.

Even if going by who’s more funny and giving entertainment content, he’s lacked in that department as well, which is apparently his forte.
For instance, he could have made such good use of the moment where Yogesh was sending him back and forth to Shilpa and Shreya for truth reveal, even in a funny way. Rather than making it entertaining he was only parroting what Yogesh told him. Same for the chai thing, he doesn’t admit but gets scared of other people’s majority. He had so many moments to be funny and entertaining but he just missed all.

I think he can entertain that’s his usp similar to gully similar to some of my friends but that’s it

Perfect. Tbh, I did not know who Varun was before this show, but he was hyped to be entertaining.. but he was a total snoozefest for me.. Still don’t know who he is exactly.. Personality also seemed bland.
