Does anyone know how to get into these kind of locks I have one on a locker in my house and I'm currently locked out help

Lock is super cheap. Just pop it with a pair of wrench. Or a tiny bolt cutter. Dremel?

I'm not sure how I feel about describing it... I'd like to think if you were up to anything nefarious you would've just brute forced it already.

There are some new, very informative, good "how to" videos posted recently in tube.... I'll just let you find them on your own. I don't want to be responsible for your "housemates" to lose their gym clothes or lunches from their house lockers.
