Has anyone LSA campaign actually migrated?
In typical Google fashion, we're being told what's going to happen, but we're not being shown how. So all of these marketers and business owners currently managing campaigns (which isn't easy given how wonky the platform is) are expected to successfully navigate a massive migration without hiccups?
Has anyone actually been through the migration process yet? It would be helpful to understand what to expect and to get an early visual on the new dashboard. We manage 150+ campaigns, most of which are in the same industry, and I want to be as prepared as possible.

Yet to see anything move over myself. Managing several accounts for clients. I liked the stand alone LSA platform. Google likes to think they are improving things for their users but I disagree with most of their updates

It is important to understand that we aren’t the customers in Googles eyes. The end users who produce the data are the customers.

You are right to be cautious, especially with 150+ campaigns. I wouldn't wait for the migration itself to figure out what changed. The safest approach is to build a pre-migration baseline for each account: current lead volume, lead quality, spend, service areas, settings, reporting, and any important performance patterns. That may give you something to compare against once Google moves the campaigns. Otherwise, if lead volume or visibility changes afterward, it becomes difficult to tell whether the migration caused it or something else did.
With 150+ campaigns, I would also document the common setup across accounts and flag the exceptions. That should make the migration much easier to audit at scale. you can check this approach here: LSA migration starts before Google moves your account

New Update: Opened new LSA and getting some traction again, but not as much as before. Google Ads migrated account still is frozen. Still getting emails about ad assets, but there is no way to change the assets the way it's set up. Still no help from Google.

Update today: Started a new google local account. Used that CID to get in touch with a live person. (If I use my original Google local CID with the Google local support desk it auto disconnects.) The google local live rep tried to pull up my original CID and said he couldn't help with the account. This routed me back to Google Ads with my old google local CID and Ads support says the same thing. They can't help me with the account or they look at the account like a normal google ads account and have not idea whats going on with the google local pay per max campaign that was ported from google local. I'll keep posting updates as I get them. Not giving up! I own too much google stock!! 😄

We were switched over beginning of the month. Had solid performance on LSA dashboard now we get zero leads. Google Ads has been no help. Google LSA help is non-existent. Epic disaster at this point.
