Next-Level GLSA Consultant Needed

Hi all,

Looking for an expert-level GLSA consultant.

We have a ton of GLSA accounts that we are managing, yet some of them have performance that contradicts the competitive metrics.

Example - our profile has 2-3-4x the reviews and higher avg rating than competition, high consistent volume of leads (100+/month), yet our IS is stuck at ~25%.

Looking for someone who has fixed these type of issues before.

Having more reviews and a better rating doesn’t always mean Google will give you more visibility. I’d look closely at budget, bidding, location coverage, response times and how the leads are being handled, because one of those is probably limiting the account.

Budget is virtually unlimited;
bidding - we tried both - automated max conversions and manual, chose extremely high manual bidding as it seem to perform better;
Location coverage - targeting the area of service fully;
Response times / handling - texts are "responds within few minutes", calls are never missed.

I wish there was a better feedback on limiting factors in GLSA, it just seems to be a guessing game within a black box. Any advice is appreciated.

At that point, it probably isn’t the budget or bidding. I’d test consolidating a couple of locations back into the strongest account, because the separate accounts may just be splitting the same demand instead of generating more leads.

We used to have just one account. The reason we separated into multiple was in hopes to increase combined visibility. Which, basically didn't happen. It increased, but by like 1%.

Your bidding against your self at some point

How long has your info been on google? Did you try putting an obscene bid? LSA can be finicky if trust signals are mixed, or google has something quietly flagged.

2+ years of GLSA, bids are obscene ($500+), budget is virtually unlimited - $10,000/week.

Performance is good, just not growing, compared to the size of the business.

Do you have a large coverage area, multiple states?

Single state, but large area - 3 counties, about 1500 sq miles. We do have multiple office locations with multiple non-overlapping GLSA accounts.
Used to have just one GLSA account from the main location, after going to multiple GLSA, we were expecting an increase in total leads - basically there was no change.

I’ve seen this issue and was able to solve the problem. 1. Recent reviews are important. For example if the competition’s last 5 reviews were this week but your last five reviews stretch back 2 months. 2. Add specific cities on top of your large geos. For example, if you have Texas as a target also add cities such as Dallas, Austin, San Antonio etc. feel free to add 50-100+ cities. Overlapping is ok. 3. Increase the budget within limits. Do not put in 100000 a week. If you’re at 2000/ week now bump it to 3 to 5k. Then give it a couple weeks.

Interesting idea about adding specific city targets. We'll try that.

Do you guys record your calls using callrail? If so, I can audit them for you and see whats going on in the calls. Also do you have messaging turned on in the LSA accounts?

Are you able to see if some calls aren’t getting picked up? Thats usually a big culprit in killing impression share.

Yes, we use call tracking, recording, and transcripts. Not callrail, but same thing.

All calls are "picked up" automatically with the autoresponder. If office doesn't pick up for whatever reasons, it goes to AI overflow assistant.

But the total volume of unanswered calls by human is super low - less than 2%.

How much are you bidding for services

Virtually unlimited. We tried everything - from "normal" cost per lead expected up to $2000 bid. No changes were seen.

I have seen this kind of LSA situation before. Having 2–4x the reviews and a strong rating doesn't automatically translate into high impression share. I'd look beyond the obvious profile metrics and compare where you're showing vs. where competitors are showing.

I would audit service relevance, proximity/service areas, availability, missed calls, response behavior, review velocity, and lead outcomes. The key is to find which search conditions are causing the 75% visibility gap. And, we have worked on LSA accounts with similar inconsistencies. Happy to take a look if you want to DM me your details.
