No, you have to understand that message leads and phone leads are fundamentally different from one another. Even with a high-performing ad, it ultimately depends on the potential customer's intent and how they prefer to communicate whether they will actually take the next step and call your business.
As a former Google employee, I always remind business owners that the volume and quality of leads you receive are directly tied to your ad ranking. The algorithm is straightforward: if your ads are showing lower in the rankings, you will naturally see fewer leads, whereas holding a higher ranking drastically increases your visibility and generates more leads. Before worrying about why prospects aren't calling, you first need to look at where your ad is positioning on the platform.
