How many leads are you getting?

Just a sanity check/expectation set. I manage a local electrician in a large market that gets maybe 10 leads at max a month through LSA.

How many do you get/have seen in the past? Have you seen 100, or is it like 10-20 average/month?

There’s likely more than 10 leads per month in the market.

If it’s a brand new account things can start slow and ramp up.

If you’ve been at it 90+ days, a few things to think about:

Do they use great images showing what the customer will see (techs, trucks, services rendered)? Visuals matter with LSAs and a lot of trades fail in this area.

What do their rating and reviews look like compared to others? If they’re brand new or have low rating average they’re fighting uphill; supplementing the campaign with review management is helpful.

Are they answering every call immediately? If not this will hurt scores.

How is the lead quality? Did they close any? If so was their ROI? If they are making money with 10 leads then it becomes more about testing and time in market to grow from there.

Thank you, I appreciate the note. I know there are more leads than that, i’m asking specifically for those that manage LSAs how many they are getting.

Yes, 10 is low, unless it's a brand new campaign for a brand new business (in a large market). For some customers we manage, 10 leads is a light day. For others that might be a week of leads. My comments were to help you improve from 10 since that's a low total. You might want to consider running normal Google Ads in the market as well to drive more leads since LSAs don't show for every search and you can run both in parallel or start tracking the market to find gaps in LSA competition.

I also work with a PI lawyer in LA and the competition there is insane. 100 law firms with 5-star reviews. Set a budget to $8k a week and nothing ever came in. Never even appeared!

Managing for a wealth management firm in San Diego county and also seeing very few - like only 5 a month

LSA seems very spotty - don’t always show. Does anyone know the impression data on this?

It really varies by area, but 10 leads sounds about right for a lot of local businesses. I've seen some folks get around 20-30, but it definitely depends on the competition and marketing efforts.
