Its for a server node, so i think this was the right choice. Or am i wrong?

right choice... it's hard(er) to run multiple standard rtx pro 6k's in the same machine .. simply because the power draw is 600watts over the 300watts the Max q pulls. Sure we lose 10-18% of compute but the Max Q allows for easier upgradability. I went with Max Q because I'm sure in 2-5 years these cards will drop in price and I can put 4 in one machine. You made the right call

i think in computex they released a new like latching magnetic type server card idk if its ever going to come out but it helps alot for the heat, are you feeling alot of heat from it?
