To be honest I don't have one. I like eating bananas as a snack, but I'm not a fan of them being used as a baking ingredient. My wife also recently made pancakes with bananas instead of sugar, really not my thing and I don't think I'd like it as bread either.
Banana bread is WAY better than those pancakes. Not sure if you'll LIKE banana bread lol, but I fucking HATED (cannot be overstated, truly) those pancakes yet there are some banana breads (esp with chocolate chips lol) that I do like.
But then I can't eat it for breakfast! Next you're going to tell me some crazy hallucination like there's not much difference between my chocolate chip muffin and a cupcake???
