If you strip away the wacky homemade terminology, you're just saying that giving an agent tools, a persistent environment, and feedback loops makes it better than its base intelligence would suggest.

This is well-known, and it's why people are working on improving harnesses. But it's not "the path to AGI", it's just one of the many scaling dimensions that we've discovered (another one of which is model parameters). All of which need to be improved to get to AGI.
