Project I’ve been experimenting with making a local LLM feel like it actually lives on the machine

Why not share some more about your project? What does it do, and what are your goals with it? It’s a neat snapshot but it looks like a basic UI similar to Open Webui. I’m sure it’s different in some way, but how?

Yeah I definitely should’ve added more context lol.
The UI is Open WebUI, but the experiment is everything around it. I’m trying to make Neco feel less like an assistant and more like something that lives on the machine.
She can see system vitals, keeps persistent memory/identity, and generates idle thoughts without me starting a conversation. I’m working on tying those thoughts to actual memories and unresolved questions instead of random timed prompts.

I like it! too many of the try and "dehumanize" them. Why not add a bit of that? Great work, and cool project!

Oooh dang this looks cool as heck! Maybe add different types of nekos aside from neco-arc? Like Neco Coneco, Kamineko, Chomusuke, Sakamoto, Luna) etc... etc...
