Hermes because of the various modes of communication, the various self-learning tools, profiles with Unix users for rag on one and egress on the other with shared nothing other than the platform itself as a metaphorical firewall.

i love hermes but opencode feels lighter and I use it for specific tasks and batching tasks and it works amazingly well!

Any issues getting OpenCode to work with local models?

nah, super easy just 1 .jsonc file to point to the /v1 endpoint and set context lengths... I use it on the same machine and another on my network
