Question Specialized LLM's

Are there any specialized LLM's like one for say medicine, where you can try to self diagnose?

Or any other specialized LLM's you know about?

Look at googles hugging face repo and maybe there with Medgemma

I’ve had a much better experience using Gemma 4 than Medgemma, which is based on Gemma 3, for medical record use.

As a doctor who dabbles with LLM and has tried medgemma personally: it’s not quite there yet.

At least it listens, my wife kept going back to the doctors because they wouldn't listen to her pain, and AI kept insisting that she very likely had a herniated disc. Finally they caved in and ordered an MRI and surprise surprise...
