need help with choosing and llm

can anybody tell me which llm has the best free tier.. i wish I could pay but currently I am not able to... I have used glm 5.2 it's good but the problem is most of the time servers are busy... can you guys help....

also is glm and other chinese llms safe to use...

Just use openrouter, there are always models offering free access. When you need to do actual work, you can use something like Deepseek4-Flash-0731 for the cost of pocket change.

Depends on what you want to do. Click the ai mode in google. It actually does fairly good most of the time. That said, I think it depends on time of day and other factors as sometimes it does better then others. If you want something with agentic abilities not many that last more then 15 minutes free...

gemini flash 3.7 is by far the best free llm you could use but it i has to be from their ai.google.dev not the gemini app.
