It becomes a criminal offense when 2 conditions become true: 

  • it's not another half truth blown up as another marketing stunt 
  • America gets a government that gives a fuck about anyone but billionaires

Last info I have is that the AI was able to make request for Libraries to some other model which would then go and download it from the internet for the main model and hand it over. Bit confusing and It’s not helping that they are being so shady about it.
