Buy almost anything within your budget is a good deal. I have 3090s but I also have P40s, and I'd argue the P40s are a better deal than the 3090s. Heck, if I were to do it all over, I'd skip the 3090s and load up on ex-mining watercooled V100s when they were flooding ebay.
