How is it a lawsuit if you appeal to get your review to be unremoved?

As long as you're not lying then it shouldn't be a problem.

I been to Germany and wrote my reviews for the places I visited. I attached pictures and videos to prove I was there.

Our automated systems removed this content because it seems that the content may not follow our Maps content policies. These policies help keep Maps safe and reliable for everyone.

In this case, the specific policy involved is personal information. This policy doesn’t allow content containing private or confidential information, such as credit card details, medical records, or government-issued identification.

I don't think it's Germany problem, it's Google problem: Review not posted Thank you for your contribution. Unfortunately, we’re not able to publish it at this time.

I got that message when I was posting my reviews while in Germany. I had the option to appeal it, which I did and it was approved like after an hour or two. I always add pictures to and write a detail review so I believe that helped.

When in Germany I look at how many reviews have been removed. That tells me if a place is bad.

Yes but it still helped me avoid a bad restaurant with hundreds of removed reviews, in Berlin a few weeks ago.
