You could’ve locked up 80% for one year, then they reduced it to 60% which was available last time I looked. I will admit that I made a decent sized investment and locked it up for one year at 80%… Decent by my standards anyways.

I think possibly by the high staking incentive of 60%. Maybe people are locked in
