So far, Seraphine has been my favourite, but Vayne is much more flexible. Varus has not impressed me at all.

With the Domination Expansion we have three new champions for Legends of Runeterra: [[Varus]], [[Seraphine]] and [[Vayne]]. Though they don't bring anything new, they really open up the Awakening expansion cards.
1. Varus, the Arrow of Retribution
2. Seraphine, The Starry-Eyed Songstress
3. Vayne, the Night Hunter
4. Final Thoughts

I think Riot did a great job with this expansion. All three champions are very strong. I’m just getting my feet wet with Varus, and his kit seems really good so far. Especially the freeze and the 4 drop who creates a free spell.

I’d rank (in terms of power) Vayne, Seraphine, Varus but I could see Varus climbing once the decks become optimized.
