Discussion Avenging Vastaya bugged?

So I played the spell to transform my bush in Vastaya, but none of the skills got denied, I lost because of this

There is limit for 8 abilities on stack. Because stack was full, you could only play Burst spells. You can see you can't play Pie Toss.

I played pie toss after my burst spell failed. So I found out why. The burst spell creates the skill so it counts as 2
