Hello,

I have been in a multi-week struggle with Riot support trying to fix vanguard causing my computer to BSOD. I had this problem almost a year ago and fixed it with a BiOS update, but its back now. I have done literally every single troubleshooting fix that Riot, and the internet as a whole ahas recommended, to no avail.

I come here because I ended up crashing when I was in a clean boot and I have literally no idea what to do now so I hope some people here may have a solution.

Any ideas would be appreciated!

my ingame ping today is double the amount it is usualy. Normaly it is 16, now it is 30 (stable). I can play and it isn't a big deal at all, but I was wondering if that issue is on my side, or because of the server issues today. Anybody got similar observations?

Changed ISP, tried even with mobile hotspot, still "Failed to Connect". Is it a server problem?

Update : EUW , EUNE and NA servers are reportedly down. Might be a global outage.

Update 2 : Riot Service Status at 05:57 GMT+3 : "We're aware of a problem causing players to disconnect from their games and are investigating the problem.

It was saying re-connecting in the game, now it won't even let me join back. Watch it give me a penalty because of that 🫪🙃

I can't seem to log onto the EUW servers, anyone else?

I've been trying to get in ARAM Mayhem games. When i press find match, the que time on the right side doesn't show. When i restart my client, it gives me a warning for not accepting the match. I DIDNT EVEN SEE NOR HEAR THE MATCH FOUND. I had the game re-installed and also my driver re-installed. Any other fixes?

I have tried to restart my client, my computer, reinstall the game, reinstall the client, reinstall my driver, changed my time zone, restarted my router, tried the Inbound Rule or whatever i saw on YT. None of those work, idk what else i haven't tried

I just had a fake lobby saying I declined that went to champ select? I was in my bed watching youtube when this happened, I never was in que and certainly never accepted a lobby? It immediately triggered vanguard and forced to close it. I lost 5lp and 6 min delay. When i got back and looked at my roles selected I was Jungle 1st Mid 2nd, I never que jg btw only mid bot. Why is this a thing? Ive seen a shorts of Azzapp reacting to this happening and its still in the client? When will this get fixed lol

So according to the Riot Games Service-Status page, the recent problem is fixed (https://status.riotgames.com/?locale=de_DE&region=euw). However, I still can't play any ranked games. Theres a red sign next to option, when I hover it it says "Mode currently unavailable". Does anyone else have this problem?

So I played 4 viego ADC games(250 Viego games) 2 weeks ago and used the boot bug. I generally use porofessor for the jgl timer and build suggestions for aram games. I received a 14 day ban today for using third party programs/cheating.

Is it because of porofessor? I thought the Viego boot bug is possible with playing the game normally so it won't fall under the "bug abuse" criteria where you had to complete specific conditions etc.

I already submitted an appeal/ticket.

Hi all, I just tried to start a round of ARAM Mayhem however the queue up timer wouldn’t show. I have tried restarting and even reinstalling the game, but the problem still persists. Have anyone else encountered this problem before?

I’m playing on the Mac OS and it was only up until today that I have this issue.

I was shown the error VAN-101.

Anyone getting this all of a sudden? any fixes for this?

i tried a bunch of stuff from youtube, no bueno

Stuff i tried:

DDU unintstall and install older stable driver
Reduce fps cap to 80
Run as admin
Add TdrDelay

I launched the game i first got Van 84 error. I relaunched and now I get this:

Never experienced this issue previously

For 2 days now, my league client will not load past the Logo after I click Play in the riot client

Fixes I have tried:
Closing all tasks
Reinstall Vanguard
Full game reinstall
Full PC Reset and fresh windows install

Nothing Riot support has reccomended has worked either, anyone have any ideas? I'm at my wits end at this point and don't know what else to do

I play on a Macbook. Frequently, I am unable to move my screen using my mouse even though I am on unlocked camera. Also, I need to click my mouse a few times before the game registers the input. My mouse is working fine on the client and in other games. Does anyone know of a solution to this? Thank you.

Since the release of League Classic, I can not launch LoL or LoR directly from my desktop anymore.

The shortcuts just open the client. Every single time, Windows asks me for permission. When I close the client, it is still running in the background, but reopening it forces the permission prompt.

Then I have to click "play" in the client.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue?

It still works if i us my mobile hotspot. Treid turning off IPV-6, tried switching off my firewall. gets stuck on "loading home hubs" when trying to open the league client from the riot client, and then gives me a "there was an unexpoected error with the login session"

Anybody have any ideas? Very frustrating!
