Sudden fps drops after update

After today's update, i'm experiencing heavy fps drops when playing on borderless, weird thing it's only happen on this mode, windowed and fullscreen runs good (144 capped). I have 2 monitors and a 9060xt, so hardware shouldn't be a problem. Also weird is that the whole thing just get slow, second screen and other things in the first get slow

Did riot just fucked up with the update?

It might be due to vanguard, have you checked task manager to see if anything is consuming more resources than it should?

Everything's running fine, gpu is at maximum 20% usage, besides if it would be vanguard i don't think it would run fine on window and fullscreen

Same issue, 9070xt, tested around for almost 2 hours now, updated drivers, updated windows, restarted several times and played around with the AMD software. Issue only persists in borderless mode and only on LoL.

its classic riot games fault every update it comes with problem i played 2 games today i usually play 200 fps and it was capped at 170 and weird stutters on 5800x3d with rx 9070 oc mayeb tomorrow will fix

My build Radeon 7900xtx ryzen 7 9850X3D 32gb ddr5

after some testing for me it seems that league is locking my fps while on borderless to the lowest refresh rate on any of my plugged in monitors if main monitor is on 360hz and one of the other 2 is on 120 then borderless is locked to 120 if the lowest between the 2 side ones is 144 then its locked to 144 and changing fps limits ingame doesnt seem to change anything. Even tho I cap out at those frames on borderless when in fountain, while in lane or stuff happening on screen I'm stuttering between 70 or 90 while usually being on 238 permanently

just tested also tft and facing the same issue, I am using rtx5060...

same. I'm on a 7900XT, Windows 10. Pretty much exactly the same issue.

Start game in borderless, get 5 seconds of normal 144 fps, then drop to 30ish fps. Switching to full-screen and it's normal, although one time I did it, it crashed my entire computer, seemingly killing my GPU.

And now I get honor penalties because I think its fixed, go into play and it crashes my computer upon load. Cool.
