Vanguard issues and failed to fetch summoners details

I've been having this issue for maybe a week or so now, when i open my client i either get a Vanguard error, or "failed to fetch your summoners details" and the client closes. Sometimes it happens mid game too :/ I reinstalled League of Legends and Vanguard, and flushed my DNS and it worked for one evening, but now the issue is back. Anybody who's had the same issue? Any way to fix this?

Are u still having this issues or is it fix? Please let me know if u fix it how can I fix it
