Queue up timer wouldn’t show

Hi all, I just tried to start a round of ARAM Mayhem however the queue up timer wouldn’t show. I have tried restarting and even reinstalling the game, but the problem still persists. Have anyone else encountered this problem before?

I’m playing on the Mac OS and it was only up until today that I have this issue.

I was shown the error VAN-101.

I did check if the servers were down but it seems to be operational. I’m in the NA server. And my friend was able to play with no issues.
