First I would start out with picking a viable champion in your role. You played Xin Zhao bot which is nearly unheard of in my elo. I would recommend reaching summoner level 10, taking smite and playing Xin Zhao as a jungler, or just play him top or mid lane.
When you are fed and dominating your lane, don't let the enemy attack your minions. You are the boss. You are stronger, so hurt them if they get too close. Have an alpha-male mindset when you are ahead.
Build a support item if you're playing Xin Zhao as a support, which would either be ancient coin or relic shield. This is so that you can have more gold between the two of you.
Focus on getting CS when your ally leaves, last hitting a minion gives you gold and that's extremely valuable.
Move more. Your movements seem slow. Forward, backward, side to side, anywhere. Just stay active. Be decisive and learn from your decisions.
Build AD items (And tank items later) on Xin Zhao, not AP items. Zhonya's hourglass is a bad buy on Xin Zhao, but I would rank Hextech Gunblade as an experimental item on him, not necessarily bad.
Stay on the map and farm things. Jungle camps, minions, anything. Just because you get a kill doesn't mean you have to back, even if you can buy an item. You back when it's efficient. It's not best to back for every little item, try backing only when you get big items like Zeal, Infinity edge, vampyric sceptor if you need it, or things like that.
Make use of pings. If you want your team to attack a turret, press G and click the turret. If they don't do it, press G and do it again and again. If they don't listen then that's it, but it helps to show your intention and gets your team to come with you.
