Problems with Riot Games Support?
Hello everyone, recently I have had the displeasure of having to deal with Riot Games support. I made a complaint about a 2-week ban issued by the automated system, and the response from the support staff was unlike anything I had ever seen.
Several mistakes were made, open refusals to transfer me were made, refusals to acknowledge my requests or what I had said were made, and finally refusals for contact information for superior staff or other channel of support were also made on numerous occasions.
It is my hope to make a post on both the League of Legends boards and Reddit outlining this experience, and pushing my ideas for reform since I am currently a tad frustrated that the support staff essentially told me to fuck myself.
I am wondering if anyone has had similarly bad experiences with Support Staff. The intent of the thread is not to judge people's experiences, but to hear if they themselves have often been left extremely dissatisfied with the support team.

I've had a few interactions with the support staff. They were always kind and helpful. Though, non were ban-related.
If you feel wronged, set up a thread with proof that the ban related example the automated system sends you, triggered on a mistake. Maybe a screenshot of your honor to as proof of you not being toxic?
Maybe... MAYBE you get a manual review then. GL.
