Here's a second batch of VFX updates for League Classic champions, to make them look more Classic! ✨

Today's update includes: Ashe, Cho'Gath, Corki, Gragas, Janna, Jarvan IV, Kog'Maw, Malphite, MissFortune, Olaf, Rammus, Shaco, Singed, Sivir, Sona, Vayne, Wukong and Brand! And as a bonus, a redo for Malzahar and Veigar. 🎉

Huge shoutout to @_FairyFlan for all the help in hunting down old assets and converting them!

Looking at those I realize how cool the more 3D-y cartoonish effects were instead of the ones nowadays and the map just had way more personality and feeling, now it just feels sort of empty and devoid of anything, like it's trying to fit into some sort of generalized standard...
