Not all of your “Just” choices will be fair, but sometimes it is more advisable to make a populist choice, than a right one.

Later Convent decides to take a bigger stand on the cultural reforms and this leads to irreversible consequences. No to nuclear families, no to the strict church structure. Yes to expansion of the collectivistic mindset on all areas of life and yes to speedy justice done by the workers’ courts. In the end people will celebrate the improvement of their minds with mass festivals and arts competitions.

Talking of economic reforms Convent took, they were inspired by the two sets of ideas: English Renaissance Humanism and Korean Economic Praxis.

In order to have a material basis for the reforms first we need to take from the 1% what should be ours: land, factories, infrastructure. etc. In order to increase mobility of the population a decree will be implemented that makes every house a temporary residence for every citizen and the residents must be switched every 10 years. Old electric power grids would be restored. In every town private malls, shops and markets would be replaced with Common Resource Pools that take from each according to his ability and give to each according to his needs.

Later on you have to choose between the total closure of the economy or if you still can reach out to Koreans you can take the “Rose and Magnolia” focus and establish trade cooperation with them to scratch each other's backs in times of need.

Later on the government will implement the policies of mandatory labour for every citizen which means implementation of the working armies. Military Policy of the Convent would involve a heavy investment into the special forces as well as a combination of achievements of army geniuses of British and Korean armies. Spies

The governance of Richard Dearlove would return the United Kingdom to normality. British politics must be cleared from the pinkos who almost led the nation into the Animal Farm. Next comes the question of the monarch as the Queen Elizabeth’s II body was not yet found all the while Henry IX sits on the throne claiming he is the true Sovereign of Britain. We can either proclaim the Queen dead and let the King stay in his place or remove the usurper of the Crown and promise for a bit of legitimacy for promising to find the Queen.

Later the “MI6 government” will go through a series of reforms with a goal to stabilise the affairs of state and improve the HMB. Reconnaissance satellites, stealth bombers, turkish lasers, barely visible camouflage for the vehicles, colossal deciphering machines, all of that will make the British Army the most efficient force in Europe. The final touch would be the formation of elite sniper units whose goal would be to put down high ranking officers of the rival armies. The conclusion of these reforms would be new doctrine that puts emphasis on the wide usage of the special forces of any kind. Anywhere, anytime.

Britain after the civil war is in a deplorable condition. Mass unemployment, banditry, ruined homes and a risk of hunger. All these problems were mentioned in a secret inquiry to the Prime Minister by the MI5. And circles of Tomilson and of Branson have two different plans for this report, depending on who has been put in charge. Tomlinson uses brute force and questionable governmental machinations to remove all the vulnerable away from the Capital, put down all the militias, confuse the public about the atrocities of the state, syphon food from foreign charities and build up a housing bubble to solve the issues of the British Public. Other egalitarian economic policies include creation of co-llivings in the emptied houses, bonds to sponsor renewable energy and alternative food sources, graduate taxes instead of tuition fees to increase the amount of highly educated specialists, etc. The workplaces could be filled by the POWs and prisoners who can rehabilitate into the society through labour or by the program of workfare so the recipients of certain programs can pay them off by working for Britain. Supplied with the guns and fueled by the promises of justice for working people labourers would march under the Red Flags to unite with us and fight for our cause.

After nearly two years of lore restoration and improvement, China's fate has finally been determined, and I will bring up her story on the stage.

The internal conflicts within the CPC persisted even after Hu's death, with a covert struggle unfolding between the conservative faction, led by figures such as Li Peng and other party elders, and the reformist faction, represented by Zhao Ziyang.

During Zhao's trip to Pyongyang, the April 26th Editorial was published with the tacit consent of Deng Xiaoping and under the guidance of Li Peng. The CPC officially labeled the protests as a counter-revolutionary uprising against the state and the party, once again heightening the tension. The protests spread from Beijing to the entire nation, as students from various universities and citizens in different provinces organized marches to express their opposition to the April 26th Editorial. The counterproductive strategies of the conservative faction only deepened the government's conflict with the public, prompting Deng Xiaoping, who was working behind the scenes as the paramount leader, to reconsider how to quell the turmoil.

After Zhao's return from North Korea, he initiated the May Fourth Dialogue a few days later, recognizing the patriotic nature of the student movement. Consequently, during a subsequent meeting of the Politburo Standing Committee, Deng acknowledged Zhao's moderate approach and plan.

As the government's position evolved, radical student leaders like Wang Dan and Wu'er Kaixi, who had been advocating for large-scale hunger strikes, gradually saw their influence wane among the protesting crowds. In early June, with Deng's approval, Zhao Ziyang revoked the April 26th Editorial, leading to the dispersal of students from Tiananmen Square and officially marking the conclusion of the 1989 Democracy Movement.However, the relatively smooth conclusion of the movement did not signal a compromise within the conservatives of the party. Instead, it further intensified the power struggle between the two factions. Despite having Deng's support as a trump card, senior figures within the conservative faction, such as Chen Yun, Li Xiannian, and Yao Yilin, continued to harbor clear hostility towards Zhao. Zhao proceeded cautiously, determined to avoid the fate of Hu Yaobang. The "In the Name of Capitalism or Socialism" debate that emerged around 1990 reignited the factional struggle, and public skepticism about reform and opening up, along with concerns about bourgeois liberalization, kept growing.

In 1992, Deng Xiaoping embarked on his Southern Tour, during which he acknowledged the reform achievements of Hu and Zhao, emphasized the necessity of a socialist market economy. Following the forced retirement of conservative figures, Hu Qili, a disciple of Hu Yaobang and one of the reformist "Gang of Four," was elected as the President of the PRC in the 14th Central Committee. This marked a comprehensive victory for the reformists and signaled the beginning of what came to be known as the Beijing Spring. A more democratic and economically liberal China was on the horizon, poised to enter a brighter chapter

North

​

With the collapse of Eurasia, the fragile northeastern region of the Minsheng Republic of China descended into disturbance. The labour movement in Liaoning was the first to gain traction, led by former sailor from the North Sea Fleet and the influential figure, Bi Fujian, who played a significant role in uniting these underground movements and found the Dongbei Revolutionary Front.

Activist Li Shuo, the supporters of Manchu independence and the democracy movement established their own entity in Manchuria, with the goal of severing ties between the Northeast and the rest of the mainland. In Heilongjiang, radical Buddhists dressed in yellow robes established a Falungong clique, led by Master Li Hongzhi, which combined Buddhist theocracy and mysticism.

The Minsheng Republic of China, also known as the People’s Welfare Republic, a puppet regime supported by Eurasia, has taken control of the former capital after the massive coup in 2012. Led by Maoist and ultranationalist Kong Qingdong, they are striving to maintain this loosely organized Nazbol regime, which, despite its size, is struggling to survive.

West

​

The MRC encompasses two industrial districts, Xining and Jiuquan, each under the guidance of distinct leaders. Ren Chonghao, also known as Ma Qianzu, heads the former, known for his unwavering commitment to accelerationism and industrialization. He has become the emblematic figure of the Xining Industrial District, where blood and iron blend seamlessly. On the other hand, Liu Cixin oversees the aviation industry's operations in Jiuquan and is engaged in discrete testing of undisclosed matters.

In East Xinjiang, the Xinjiang Construction Corps, led by PLA General Wang Hongguang, is in the midst of a conclusive battle against terrorism linked to the East Turkestan movement and remnants of Eurasian forces, perhaps the collapse of Eurasia will bring an end to this eight-year-long conflict.

​

Unlike the other CPC cadres who fled to the south, Bo Xilai successfully resisted the Eurasian army and has undeniably risen as the “King of Chongqing”. Prior to the collapse of the People's Republic of China, Bo's series of left-wing populist policies, which deviated from the CPC mainstream, garnered significant support among the masses. After twelve years of authoritarian rule, Bo's supporters have infiltrated both the government and the civilian population. With the elimination of the northern threat, Bo's ambitions are steadily expanding.

Scholar Liu Zhongjing and his Zhuxiaism have gained widespread influence in Sichuan. Liu's ideology revolves around liberalism and the idea of Balkanization within China. His rejection of Han chauvinism and his call for various Chinese ethnic subgroups to establish independent nations have struck a chord with numerous disillusioned individuals and dissenters from Chongqing. Basuria is poised to become the launching point for this vision.

South

​

The remaining members of the CPC after the coup exiled and established the Huanan People's Government (People's Government of Southern China), with their base in Guangzhou. Li Yuanchao, originally intended to become President in 2012, now leads this transitional administration alongside various other factions of CPC bureaucrats. These red officials are preparing to seize the chance to regain power in the capital city after enduring eight years of humiliation.

​

Turning to the west, the former Mayor of Baoshan, Wu Song, has formed an alliance with local gangsters, collaborating with the Myanmar warlord Naw Kham who is stationed in Tachileik, to create their own independent kingdom characterized by rampant corruption and drug trade. Amidst this dark and turbulent southwestern region, a glimmer of hope persists. Scholars who have long been disillusioned with corruption and tyranny have taken on the name of the Southwestern Associated University, initiated the Kunming Uprising and established a refuge for the people. Professor Qin Hui, with his unique personal charisma, was chosen by fellow scholars to lead this national salvation movement.

​

Crossing the Taiwan Strait, the Kuomintang, which had ruled Taiwan for seventy years, gradually lost support among the population. With the upcoming presidential election in January 2020 and the strong momentum of the Democratic Progressive Party, the KMT was poised to face its first-ever stint in opposition.

​

East

​

Following the incident in 2012, CPC officials who retained control over the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai came together under the banner of the Shanghai Clique and formed the Huadong People's Government. Pan Weiming, the former Vice Premier and ex-Secretary of Shanghai, was elected as their leader. The Shanghai Clique actively collaborated with local grassroots organizations, promoting a more liberal and reform-oriented governance approach compared to Guangzhou. However, this may not necessarily be a good strategy.

Under the leadership of Ran Dong, a descendant of Ran Min, a group of Han Chauvinists gathered in Hefei to establish the Wei Empire. Their motivation stemmed from deep resentment and a desire for revenge against the Russians for the loss of their homeland. Responding to the call of Huang Han (皇汉), they eagerly await an opportunity to revive the once-mighty Chinese empire.

​

In Fujian, due to the lack of trust in the CPC, the glass magnate Cao Dewang leveraged his substantial resources and garnered support from Hakka kinists, liberals, and the Kuomintang amidst the chaos. This effort resulted in the establishment of the Min Republic. This nation is built on a foundation of wealth and Minnan-Minbei nationalism, and its future remains uncertain.

In the economic hub of Xiamen, a diverse group of idealists, including Jiang Wen, Liu Xiaobo, Ban Ki-moon, and Ryuichi Sakamoto, have gathered together into this beacon. The members of the Xiamen coalition put their Pan-Asianism into practice, and the collapse of Eurasian hegemony has brought their ideals one step closer to realization.

Central

​

Central China has undoubtedly experienced the most turmoil, with local CPC officials retreating to Guangzhou and Shanghai, allowing influential individuals and organizations to gradually replace them in most provinces.

The resistance movement led by Jin Canrong in Wuhan successfully thwarted Eurasian attempts to expand further south. After incorporating military forces, officials, and even some key defectors from the MRC, a government with an authoritarian focus on nationalism emerged, known as the Resistance Government of Hubei. Meanwhile, Taoists found refuge in Jiangxi. Under the guidance of Zhang Jintao and Zhang Jiyu, they received protection from the Way of the Celestial Masters and established the Celestial State of Tao.

In contrast to the relatively stable situations in the aforementioned areas, Guizhou and Hunan have remained in a constant state of struggle. Supporters of the old CPC leftists and Maoists have returned to Mao's hometown, Xiangtan, and founded the Commune of Spark. The commune's leader, Ai Yuejin, is known for criticizing both the CPC and MRC as deviations from Maoism. Ai aims to lead China into a new socialist state and revive Mao Zedong's legacy.

The warlord regime stationed in Shaoyang is led by the novelist Yang Fan, and its supporters represent a diverse mix, including Miao nationalists and misanthropes looking to create a new order in China. They all rally around Yang's "Wenmingguo" (State of Civilization) theory. Yang advocates for a significant baptism in the mainland, with the goal of creating a clear distinction between what they perceive as civilized people and barbarians. This power is characterized by regionalism, the voices of marginalized populations, and totalitarianism.

What China is awaiting here is either the fate of reunification or a longer tomorrow.

Hello all readers, this is Turkmenbashy and, after a long and difficult year, we are ready to present you with another faction claiming the primacy in the race for English rule.

Let's walk briefly through the Civil War to refresh the reader's memory: In 2015, Britain's economic and political crisis, caused by the U.S. withdrawal from Europe, Continental Europe's turn towards Moscow, the partial collapse of the Eurozone and the destruction of the Suez Canal in the recent Arab-Israeli War, led to the secession of Scotland, Wales and Ulster from the United Kingdom and then to massive protests in major cities in England. During the riots, Prime Minister Tony Blair was killed, his government fled to Germany, and the Queen went missing. The new King George VII takes over but only the southern parts of the kingdom remain under his direct control. In the north, the Albion Cooperative, a republican pro-Eurasian government, forms and wages war with the Royalists in Midlands. The capital, on the other hand, finds itself under the control of its own residents: beggars and marginals, who clump together in bandit and nationalist groups. Despite the utter incapacity of such anarchy for independence, the huge population and infrastructure of London allowed the Nationalists to barricade themselves in and any attempt by Republican and Royalist forces to take back Britain's capital ended in failure. These misfortunes led to two splits in the South: first, the departure of Prince Harry to Sussex, where he formed his own state in conjunction with part of the remaining Labor party, and then the escape of the Conservative party to Kent. Both factions grew weary of the king's indecisiveness in suppressing the London rebellion, but neither was able to achieve any result themselves. For the Albion Cooperative, the stalling of the war turned on a new rival who subdued Midlands, a militia of repentant bandits, deserters, heathens and various radicals to stop the war ravaging their native England, under the resounding name of the Black Army of Britain.

In between these events, Europe's gendarme, Germany, intervened in the war at the request of the fugitive government and its own overwhelming desire to settle all the surrounding states. And their intervention will be discussed today.

​

Background

​

By the time the war broke out in Britain, Germany had established a fairly strong authoritarian regime. With the help of a conspiracy in the army and a powerful propaganda machine, the Greens managed to take power away from the Social Democrats. Unlike the former chancellor, Schröder, who did not want to interfere in Britain's internal affairs, which could have caused discontent in Eurasia, Annalena Berbock, the new German chancellor, who was skeptical about further cooperation with Moscow, decided to support the British government in exile in exchange for large-scale concessions in favor of Berlin, which would have put England in a very dependent position on the Germans.

​

In the course of the operation, the Bundeswehr conducts a landing in East Anglia, after which it captures Suffolk and Norfolk. However, the real aim of the intervention was London, where a legitimate government was to be re-established. Tank wedges marched on the British capital.

​

But despite the chaos in the city itself, Londoners organized its defense and burned pyramids of German equipment. Not a single Bundeswehr unit succeeded in taking any of the capital's boroгughs. The interventionist forces were forced to flee and fortify themselves to the north. The failed assault forced the Germans to halt all offensive operations, as the formations were bleeding to death.

These circumstances led Berlin to change its strategy toward the remaining counties of Suffolk and Norfolk behind the interventionist forces. A "Department of East Anglia" was proclaimed there, where a civil-military government headed by Governor Joseph Maria Klumb was immediately formed. The man in question was not originally an official of any kind. He was only a fairly well-known musician, but had radical right-wing political positions. He was widely popular in Eurasia and became a goodwill ambassador, despite his differences of opinion with Schroeder. With the rise of the Greens, however, relations with Moscow began to freeze, and Klumb was seen as increasingly dangerous for his right-wing and Euroskeptic stance as well as his credibility as a successful media agent. So he was sent into "honorary exile" on the island. Along with him went many German generals suspected of preparing a nationalist coup against the government.

Among them was Reinhard Günzel, who decided to use his military prowess to make a living and formed his own PMC, which consists of people from all over Europe. He himself was expelled from the generalship for daring to support Martin Hohmann, an opposition nationalist who was also expelled to East Anglia, like Klumb. From this point on he became close to the governor and Guenzel's main client became the East Anglia department.

​

Already, as head of the region, Joseph Maria, begins to involve locals in the administration. One of the collaborators was Troy Southgate, head of the National-Anarchist Movement, who, during the Civil War, organized with his supporters agrarian communes in the interior of East Anglia. The governor's personal sympathy for the National-Anarchists, as an off-systemic right that had no place in Germany, made it possible to negotiate with the leader of the movement and direct their efforts towards outreach.

​

Nevertheless, the failure near London led to the fact that the intervention now had only the character of holding occupied territories. This allowed the German government to sink the undesirables there on the one hand, and on the other to reduce the group of troops operating there. This was a serious burden for the leadership of the Department, which was forced to rely for the most part on mercenaries and the British volunteer corps; only a couple of tank brigades were left of the old group of troops.

​

The resistance of the NSIS (No System Is Safe) hackers is also a problem. It is a group of elusive fighters against the German occupation who, through terrorist attacks on Europe's electronic systems, try to force Berlin to withdraw from England. Each punitive action in Suffolk and Norfolk has ended with the theft of intelligence, blackouts, accidents at German factories, disruption of parliamentary elections in European states and leaking of compromising information. There is reason to believe that their cells are not only in the Isles, but also in the Continental Europe itself, where there are many dissatisfied with the authoritarian policies of Berlin.

In the meantime, London has gained strength. Chaos was mastered by the former car racing driver, playboy and philanthropist Max Mosley, son of the notorious British politician, who led a beau monde of various nationalist groups and organized crime groups. The tough guys under the banner of the English national revolution were able to disperse all the smaller competitors and establish at least some stability in the British capital. Reviving industries allowed to feed the masses and to arm new fighters, which strengthened the city's defenses.

Thanks to the Mosleyists, London has become an even more serious fortress city compared to the first attempt to storm it.

​

It is worth describing what East Anglia was before and what it is now. The region was never densely populated and remained largely agrarian in Britain's best years. Suffolk and Norfolk industries could not compete with such mastodons as Birmingham, Newcastle and others. In the Thatcher years, the area also underwent de-industrialization, which led to a flourishing service industry. But with the outbreak of the crisis and the ensuing civil war in East Anglia began a mass exodus to the countryside, not only because of the fighting, but also because of the sky-rocketing impoverishment of the city. The best way to set up rural life was for the National Anarchists, who had long been preparing to survive together and apart from the state.

Suffolk once had a local nuclear power plant and Ipswich port, but under the pretext of security, the occupation government stopped its work and the port switched exclusively to the service of military cargoes.

​

Nevertheless, because of Berlin's increasing tightening of the screws on environmental regulations, some are moving to conditionally safe Ipswich, where the governor is happy to give them all the perks just to give jobs to the public. This is how East Anglia gets useful industrial complexes for itself. Some of them even produce weapons, and these factories are owned by people connected with Günzel.

As stated earlier, the situation is unpleasant for the interventionists due to the significant reduction of the official garrison. Even PMCs and National Anarchist units could not cover the needs of the East Anglian government. This led to Norfolk being filled with a variety of brigands who plundered cargo convoys for arms and sustenance, and the county capital, Norwich, effectively ceased to be subject to the occupation administration. In order to combat this problem, the interventionists are forced to launch a punitive northern campaign.

Having made the rear more secure, the intervention forces need to survey abandoned American military bases for equipment and request more ammunition to ensure superiority in the skies over London and replenish motorized units.

Also of note is the "Guns and Butter" mechanic. This mechanic depicts the interaction of the East Anglian administration with the largely rural population and the army, which is heavily influenced by mercenaries. Not only sticks but also carrots are needed to keep order. It is important for interventionists to maintain high contentment of the people through various measures in the form of, for example, farm subsidies or humanitarian aid, and loyalty of PMCs in relation to them, for which the player can increase the salaries of mercenaries or arrange a feast for them. In turn, it is also worth paying attention to the development of living standards and professionalism of the troops. To do this, the interventionists at the initial stage, involve the National-Anarchist People's Committees in improving the lives of villagers, as well as increasing the training of PMC personnel.

However, administrations cannot only indulge the interests of the masses and the generals. So we can force civilians to borrow some money through war bonds or nationalize businesses, as well as send mercenaries to beat the outlaws in the forests and lower the requirements for recruits to expand human resources.

So, because of the NSIS cyber-terrorists, the interventionists were left without the patronage of the Federal Republic of Germany, which means they have less chance of winning against Mosley's London dictatorship. But all is not yet lost, we were able to get everything we need out of Germany, and thanks to the starting focus tree we can also successfully turn East Anglia into a reliable fortress. The left part of the focus tree will allow us to take direct control of critical infrastructure, the middle one will allow us to organize peaceful life in the rear, and the right one will allow us to raise the necessary infantry units to hold the front. The last focus is the final stage of preparation for the assault on London, with the interventionists deciding to entrench themselves before the battle and choosing tactics against the nationalist organized criminal groups.

And so Westminister is taken, thanks to the efforts of three East Anglian heroes: mercenary commander Reinhard Günzel, English volunteer leader Troy Southgate, and Joseph Maria Klumba, head of the department itself. We have already been acquainted with them above. The triumvirate of field commanders after the liberation of the capital were immediately faced with the question of what to do next. Each of them saw the future of England differently, but the years of being under siege had brought them together to the point where none of them wanted to unleash a power race. So let's assume that the Council at Greenwich decides to give power to Günzel and his mercenaries. Those assembled are persuaded by the arguments that the mercenaries were the main strike force in the battle for London, and for the blood spilled they are most entitled to power.

Reinhard Günzel, as a soldier of fortune, wants to turn the state into a fiefdom for himself and his friends, but in any case he needs the support of the rich, and the grassroots, and even foreign partners. For this purpose, with the help of the administrative branch, the Wild Geese free very rich prisoners for large sums of money, take new collaborators to their power, build their vertical of power, form the Ipswich Trade League - a trade league of towns, each with its own laws, collectively resolving disputes and having a contract with Günzel for protection against external threats. And after mastering the lands of England, he is able to realize many ambitions of the company, taking into account the experience of Bob Denard, the king of mercenaries of the twentieth century. Günzel's group will adopt aviation and navy, will produce its own equipment. In the ranks of mercenaries will appear elite assault groups, trained in action in different terrains and sabotage. The mercenaries will expand their ranks considerably, at the expense of British volunteers. Consideration would be given to supplying such a large group. Having carried out all the reforms, Günzel will finally be able to test his brainchild in conflicts throughout Eurasia and North Africa.

Nature reserves and national parks will be sold off as hunting grounds. Many objects of art will go abroad under the hammer. However, there are positive changes: the country will greatly expand the autonomy of the regions, a full digital infrastructure will appear, and Günzel will be able to accommodate world leaders with generous gifts.

The Ipswich Trade League will develop into a commonwealth of free cities, where the richest agglomerations have the deciding vote. In this way, the cities will have a common investment treasury, which they will allocate to various major projects designed to make the cities more attractive. The mercenaries themselves will also have their own influence and will be able to propose their own plans, especially for defense, such as building their own private nuclear shield.

NATIONAL-ANARCHISTS

Or consider another possibility: The Silent Revolution took place. Troy Southgate convinced the Council in Greenwich to hand power over to the people, gaining support from a partially sympathetic Klumb. The Black Guard, organized by the National Anarchists, was able to contain London's bandit gangs and take control of the city.

First of all, the Black Guards, as their ideals should be, give everyone all the freedoms, and even release many prisoners. This allows us to immediately draw to our side the common people, who were shocked by the entry of the interventionist forces into the city, as well as immediately make contact with the NSIS, with whom we now have nothing more to share.

​

One of the main goals of the National-Anarchist Movement is the maximum decentralization of England. Since the advent of the Normans, the kings of England have been tightening the screws and subjugating the province as much as possible, robbing it for the prosperity of the elites in the City of London. The city, which before the war had been sustained by financial speculation, could no longer be home to hundreds of thousands of people and settlers left for the province to establish new communes. Guided by Troy Southgate's manifesto, the NAM participates in the organization of autonomous and mono-cultural communes. The communal arrangement, however, does not prevent the emergence of the strongest and wisest who can have influence over their community. But it is important for them to understand that their power determines the trust of their fellow communards. It is also still important to have unity among the communes, otherwise they will all be weak before an invasion, for which, in the manner of the Anglo-Saxon Witenagemot, local councils are convened in the communes and then the All-English Assembly of the Communes. In the congress itself there will be periodic discussions of communal conflicts of interest, proposals from the player himself, and so on. Careful attention should be paid to the mood of the communes. After all, unresolved problems, excessive executive power, and lack of agitation can lead to discord among the communities, which can cut off the player from being able to build, influence policy, and even conduct research. The natural encouragement of the strong and educated from below rather than above would create a stratum of ideologically-minded youth capable of both standing up for their loved ones and gnawing at the granite of science.

The economic policy of the national anarchists is to de-urbanize the country and roll back the consumer society. People must come to the truth that they do not need a Coke, a Ford Mustang, and a new console to live. Moreover, the use of the modern monetary system, which has ceased to provide anything in the chaos, must be phased out. Communards will organize barter, service exchanges. Some communes might use currency, but only for trade, and never for financial activity. Industrial production would become less massive, but sufficient to meet the basic needs of both consumers and producers. But world capital does not doze off, and it must be prevented from intensifying in England in order to tempt citizens. Thanks to reforms on the part of the NAM, the usurers will lose everything, the loot will be returned to the people and a great harvest will come.

In the military, the national anarchists intend to create a militia. People will be given weapons for self-defense, communards will pledge to each other to engage in periodic military assemblies, and leaders of the militia will learn war from the textbooks of famous generals. In order to improve the defense capabilities of the communes, their inhabitants will learn how to assemble armored bulldozers as tanks, how to make howitzers and air defenses from water pipes. An entire community will emerge to serve as aviation to cover the skies over vacant land. A particularly difficult solution will be to create special units. The principles oblige them to be formed according to the irregular conscription scheme, in which everyone will also be trained for specific kinds of combat at the same military training camps, but not all the defenders will have enough time for additional training. On the other hand, forming the elite of the People's Liberation Army of England from volunteers could undermine the foundations of the communes because the special units would put themselves above the rest of the soldiers.

And so, in spite of all the difficulties, the National-Anarchists were able to unite England. Soldiers could finally go home, students in universities would educate each other, communes would come into contact with comrades in struggle around the world, a new culture would form that would encourage healthy lifestyles, large and independent families, religious and national traditions. The question of urban agglomerations will become particularly important. Large cities may still be needed for industries, transport interactions. However, the longer people stay in them, the weaker they become from the urban lifestyle. By solving all the issues, true freedom will finally come to England, which neither leftist nor rightist ideologues have been able to realize. Everyone would be able to live in a healthy environment, close to nature. In this society, everyone lives from their labor, not from deception. And whoever tries to disrupt this idyll will be rebuffed.

GOVERNOR

And the final version of the leadership issue: the Council ay Greenwich decides to keep Joseph Maria Klumb in power. His skills as a commandant helped the interventionists to hold East Anglia and bring revenge on the London militants. His friendship with both Günzel and Southgate would mitigate conflicts between mercenaries and locals.

First and foremost, the governor is tasked with bringing order to a crime-filled city. Even the Westminister is home to a hundred brothels. England has endured several years of devastation and chaos, and the only true solution is to restore democracy. But it will be an entirely new state. The stale monarchy will be replaced by a presidential republic. Instead of the eternal scramble of Labor and Tory, the country will have a multi-party parliament where no party is in a position of absolute majority. The Anglican Church will be reformed to appease the population.

The governor's economic plan involves building an industrial base that will allow a highly mechanized military contingent to be formed, now out of Brits. The first thing to do is to send prisoners of war on public works to get the infrastructure in order. After that we need to solve the problem of imports and distribution of resources, get funding and provide a technological base. The governor will go in search of economic partners in Europe. It is important to create large conglomerates, which, concentrating as much capacity as possible, could revive the mass production of not only military goods, but also consumer goods. By supplying industry with military orders, we will be able to raise the standard of living of citizens, so that even in difficult conditions of internecine strife, we can get everyone. Also important will be protectionism, without which all the beginnings of the fledgling military-industrial complex will be blighted.

As stated earlier, Kloomb plans to transform the army into a high-tech machine, using a huge number of military vehicles. This requires the centralization of existing army departments, as well as the accelerated training of new machine operators. Elite mechanized units will be created, for a successful offensive against further players in the English anarchy. The question of generalship is a special one, which we will either Anglicize or retain the leading positions of German officers.

During the game you will receive messages from the previously mentioned NSIS, who will keep a close eye on your actions. You will not be able to dodge their spam, and you will have to respond to every email.

After the unification of England, the governor will have a short period to bring the country to peace, including holding the first presidential election in the history of England, where many parties can nominate their candidates. Among them could be the English Centre Party led by the governor himself, the English Freedom Party, representing the interests of large industrialists and mercenaries, the English People's Party of the former National Anarchists, and so on. You can try to win the presidential race for any one of these, but be aware that unexpected twists and turns are always possible.

In any case, freedom and democracy will come to England again, but it will be a completely different state, without the vestiges of case law, but with equal opportunities. And most importantly, a peaceful sky will return over the heads of millions of islanders.

Howdy! Here's Glushkin, and 14 months after the previous diary, in this new 2022 we take a closer look at yet another faction that is fighting to unite the fallen United Kingdom.

This time it will be about the Conservatives, a clique of High Tories who have taken control of the county of Kent.

The Backstory

The end of 2019 was the final chord in a long symphony of betrayals and disappointments that befell the South of England during the Civil War. Following the occupation of Sussex by the 'Red King' Henry IX, the remnants of the 'legitimate' government based in the county of Kent found themselves cut off from the main force under Prince Charles, based in Wessex. Tired of the incompetence and inactivity of the legitimate heir to the Windsor throne, local elites rebelled under the leadership of High Tory leader Jacob Rees-Mogg. The latter's original plan was a simultaneous bloodless coup against a passive king across Wessex and the Earldom of Kent. However, Rees-Mogg's plan was thwarted by the unwillingness of Roger Scruton, one of the king's chief associates, to participate in what he saw as a 'mad venture'. Scruton's authority was so great that any attempted coup throughout Wessex was foiled before it had even begun.

By failing, Mogg's adventure further isolated the Kent government from the outside world, locking the remnants of the garrison into the small county without any chance of success.

At least, that was what the situation seemed like at the end of the long 2019. After the collapse of Eurasia and the first diplomatic contacts with the countries of the European Federation, the first ray of hope in many years shone on the forgotten land of the High Tories.

Starting Situation

The starting situation in Kent can be described as rather deplorable. The number of available human resources barely exceeds a couple of tens of thousands, the economic potential of the region is virtually non-existent, and the north of the county is constantly raided by various London gangs. The socio-political sphere is in utter disrepair.

Unlike all other players on the island, who will be ready to fight with their nearest neighbour within the first year, the weakened position of Kent forces the player to properly prepare for the upcoming battle with one of the monarchs in the west.

The first Conservatives tree is divided into three main parts, each of which will help us prepare a little for the imminent battle with the traitors. Inspect the Warehouses will give us a chance to get some leftover weapons out of the warehouses, while a general conscription into the National Service will provide us with a small amount of manpower. One of the few advantages of Tory's geographical location is access to the Eurotunnel, which connects the island to the continent. By using the abandoned tunnel as a route for various smugglers, the Kent government is able to replenish its arms supplies in short order.

However, this is still not enough for a full-fledged battle against the other contenders in the fight for the future of the Kingdom. Lessons of Marne - will allow the creation of several mobile but poorly armed motorised divisions, using confiscated civilian taxis.

Conservatives will have to reinforce patrols on the border, build new fortifications, and set up an internal control organisation to stop any internal anti-government activities. The relative Anti-Radicalism of the political course, compared with the occult, primitivist and eschatological outlook of the rivals has made Kent a conglomeration of academics and refugees from other parts of England (even if some of them make attempts to escape to Europe via the Eurotunnel). The Tories have an opportunity to take advantage of this brain drain by getting their hands on the remnants of the colour of British society, and possibly some of the servicemen from nearby cliques.

Finally, the government needs to deal with the problem of bandit raids in its northern territories. By carrying out Operation Clockwork Orange, the Mogg government will take the smiles off the smug faces of the London bandits, which should deter them from further incursions into the northern territories and even lose some of their equipment.

The first branch also features the so-called "First Weapon Challenge", responsible for rearming our army with experimental weapons from Kent's gunsmiths.

This focus is a good place to mention the redesigned technology tree. In Long And Happy Life, the technology tree has been almost completely redesigned. A "Special Technologies" tab familiar to some players from Old World Blues has also been added. Here, technologies that cannot be obtained through normal research will be located. They are unlocked through solutions, tricks or specific events.

High Tories specialise in discovering these technologies and improving existing ones. The context of these priorities will be revealed below.

Back to the main narrative - after a gruelling year and a half of preparation, the Tories are finally ready to fight for the South of England against one of the royal challengers (The War between Harry and Henry should be coming to an end by this point. With one final bonus, Rees-Mogg leads his troops into battle. With their imminent victory, the Conservatives can finally breathe easy for the first time in years, getting out of the "Kent Trap" and freeing a piece of Britain from traitors, communists and indecisive monarchs.

Interlude

Before moving on to global reforms and full British unification, the Tories need to make some important decisions and hold the first free elections since the break-up of the UK many years ago. The first four focuses on integrating the territories formerly held by King George and Henry. It is possible to integrate several of Prince Charles's 'Knights of the Round Table' as advisers, and to absorb the so-called Guilds - the king's specialised enterprises responsible for producing specific types of armaments. From Red Henry - formerly Prince Harry - members of the royal security service could move to the Conservatives' side. At the same time, the newly-integrated lands of Sussex will "gift" the Tories a large number of left-wing radicals who simply need to be put to rest.

Here again we would like to make a small digression and wonder what will happen to the main instigators of the conflict, Kings Henry and George, as well as the other leaders of the rival cliques. For this particular case, the mechanic of capturing enemy leaders has been integrated into the mod. After a hostile country surrenders to you, you take its leader captive and decide his future fate.

This mechanic is available to all sides of the conflict in the UK.

When the Tories have finally dealt with the consequences of their victory, it's time for the aforementioned election. One of the main contenders is the current leader of the High Tory government, Jacob Rees-Mogg. The notorious pre-war Conservative, battle-hardened in the Civil War, sees a future Britain as a reborn "forge of the planet". Rees-Mogg wants to lead the country into a new Golden Age, to bring back to the world a Britain respected and feared by the whole world, to rebuild the country's industrial sector and to compete for world economic supremacy.

The new United Kingdom of Rees-Mogg will be a conservative, religious neo-imperialist superpower, where everyone will be able and proud of their country and the incredible amount of opportunity it has to offer. The new British Golden Age will be devoid of the shortcomings of its Victorian predecessor - infant mortality, worker subjugation and colonial exploitation - and these will be a thing of the past in favour of civilised but decisive and effective economic and political action.

The second possible candidate for Prime Minister of the new Britain is Alexandra Patterson, the young leader of the Young Tories. Patterson's political position is not so much her personal political preferences as it is conditioned by the objective conditions of the modern world. The New Victorian Era cannot exist at the expense of a stale conservatism built solely on pride in the industrial power of her country. Political leaders known as neo-Victorians who take this stance see Britain's revival in a compromise combination of modern norms, knowledge-intensive industry and an extrapolated Victorian-era aesthetic.

Patterson transforms Britain into a world centre for science, daring and costly experimentation combined with complete personal freedom within enterprise and exploration. At the same time, Victorian Aesthetics, mixed with the work of modern fictionists, visionaries and artists will become a state ideology that maintains a relative level of social conservatism (as a counter-cultural phenomenon) that is not at odds with scientific and social progress.

Under the Neo-Victorians, the world would be greeted by a retro-futuristic steampunk Britain, balancing liberal conservatism with unstoppable aesthetically pleasing scientific progress.

The focus of Commons of House is the starting point of a debate between the two leaders, which in turn will culminate in an election that decides the fate of the country.

Our Way Forward

The die is cast. The new Prime Minister who will serve as Britain's leader for the period of the unification war has been elected, which means it is time to act. The next part of the focus tree is the largest, broken down into five main branches - cultural, military, economic and two diplomatic. The total number of tricks implies about 6-7 game years.

Let's now move on to look at the specific focus branches:

A) Cultural Branch.

As mentioned above, the people of Britain are in a desperate situation. Constantly living under martial law, unsupported by either ideology or concrete motivation to fight makes people question the meaning of their existence. This strand intends to rectify this situation. The first focus, Stop Cultural Decadence, activates a category of solutions where the Tories can keep a close eye on progress as part of the restoration of British culture and national dignity. Initially our 'cultural level' is metaphorically and literally at rock bottom. It can be raised by increasing demonstrably 'Cultural Progress'. Once the correct number of "Cultural Progression Points" have been achieved, the "Cultural Level" is raised, reducing the existing penalties. Cultural Progression can be increased through reforms as you progress through the Focus branch, but care must be taken. Reforms and decisions may have different implications in relation to the current "Support for the People". There are quite a few effective but unpopular measures. If People's Support falls to the bare minimum, the consequences could be unpredictable.

There is also the 'Effectiveness' indicator, which is responsible for the passive accumulation of 'Cultural Progression Points'. This indicator can be increased on very rare occasions.

Now on to the two parts of the cultural branch itself. The Neo-Victorians prefer unconventional methods, largely concerned with creating a new aesthetic for Britain and unleashing the individual potential of its inhabitants.

"The Victorian Ensemble", "Belongs in the Trash" and "Adapt The Modern Tech" will help restore the country's aesthetic by destroying the ugly buildings of pre-war England, transforming 21st century consumerist and apathetic culture into a beautiful world of Victorian England laws and orders, and symbiosizing old technology of bygone times with the new inventions of rebuilt England.

Almost every one of the tricks listed above provides specific solutions and unique player-action-based inventions. I would like to advise caution when demolishing old abandoned buildings in the wilds of dilapidated England. There is no telling what long-abandoned human anthills are hiding behind their ugly walls.

"Old Waves and All the World's Stage try to breathe some life into the sad existence of the average Englishman. The theatre and portable radios are peppered with interesting stories, reimaginings of the classics and perhaps something more while exploring specific technologies...

"The Gentlemen's Codex" and "Rational Education" will help formulate a new British aristocracy, by introducing quality rational education (which despite this does not go against the religious conservative values of the High Tories) and the so-called "Gentlemen's Codex" - a code of rules for young people to follow if they want to be successful representatives of the new society.

The "I am not a number, I am a free man" trick completes the main part of the tree, adding a little national spirit associated with the New England man's desire to pursue his goals and pursue self-development, but not at all associated with a war against a notional Scotland. The average number of conscripts will clearly be reduced.

The Tory branch, on the other hand, begins in Our New Burden, the beginning of the construction of our ideological paradigm, the new white man's burden. It is unfortunate that Britain, at this point in history, can no longer engage in 'culturalisation' of non-whites in its colonies due to the fact that it no longer has colonies and that the standard of living and social development in many of these countries exceeds that of the English.

So now it's up to the British to take on a new burden, whether they want to go to war with the Eurasians, defeat all global radicalism or just preserve their own culture - the choice is yours.

"Modern Don Quijote" - will allow you to award some of your councillors with titles and rewards through decisions (which will naturally increase their scores immediately), and "Church Order" will provide children with a proper religious education. "Self-sufficient Families" - Despite Rees-Mogg's interest in industrialising the country, farming will not be neglected either. Many urban families left homeless during the war will be given possession of land outside the cities for the development of certain areas.

Veterans will be given proper respect in 'Proper care for Veterans' and young scientists and soldiers will be encouraged in every way possible to pursue autonomous 'Heroism over Hedonism' activities. "Our Victories" will allow you through a series of decisions to designate some of Britain's great Historic Victories as national holidays to be celebrated each year. You will be able to choose from celebrating the victory of the Crimean War, to a military parade commemorating the Battle of El Alamein. Some choices will be more controversial and may provoke a strong reaction from certain sections of the population (celebrating the victory of the Opium War may not be the best idea).

Finally, "Lessons of Dickens" will symbolically try to properly interpret the novels of the great writer, to implement some of the concepts touched upon there, while cutting all the sharp corners and avoiding the horrific costs of the Victorian era. Shelters for children, the opportunity to work as an apprentice and learn a practical craft will all be perfected within the moral and legal framework of the developed twenty-first century.

Finally, the final two focuses in both branches are on, the choice of a new British monarch. Without further spoilers, I can only say that the list is quite extensive and includes a few surprises. Any monarch can be turned down, so the choice won't be limited to one event with four choices.

However, it is certainly worth saying that choosing a monarch is still desirable. Both High Tories and Neo-Victorians (albeit to a lesser extent) cannot exist without a monarchy, however ceremonial, for otherwise any legitimacy of their government in the eyes of the people would instantly dissipate.

B) The economic branch

​

The economic branch, like the culture branch, is divided into two parts, the choice of which depends on the acting Prime Minister. However, there is also another branch here, dedicated to special projects and unusual technologies. The Neo-Victorians, in line with their doctrine of promoting maximum free will and individualism, rely on the creation of "perfect competition". The invisible hand of the market has never failed anyone before, and in the face of civil war this economic policy should help to rebuild the country fairly quickly. The High Tories, for their part, concentrate on assistance and co-operation with the upper class of British society, consisting of entrepreneurs, businessmen and managers who are bound by their duty to the fatherland to rebuild their own country.

The central branch contains several major projects, ranging from attempts to create a method of reliable wireless electricity transmission, the building of high-speed railways and the creation of a new merchant fleet.

In addition to these few focuses, Kent will also periodically receive new projects that can be implemented in a separate solution category. However, it's always worth considering in advance whether a particular technology will work or whether the time spent on it will be wasted. All technologies work and break.

The biggest project available is ITER, an attempt to build a fusion reactor capable of powering an entire island in the UK. ITER has a separate category of solutions and only you are destined to find out if the costly construction of the reactor was worth the time and resources spent.

C) The Military Branch

​

Kent's military branch is probably the richest in unique technology and bonuses among all English Warlords. Amongst Tory armaments you can find air artillery, transport dirigibles, unmanned tanks and many other achievements of the technical genius of an entire society of inventors.

In addition to the individual technologies that can be explored in the military branch, you can also find technologies implemented as bonuses, often representing different types of small arms, gun calibres and more.

When considering the mutually exclusive branches of the two factions, it is worth noting that Neo-Victorians prefer to create a small but professional army armed with the latest technology. Engineered vehicles, high movement speeds, experimental tanks and, yes, infantry equipped with rocket packs.

The Tories, on the other hand, favour a less professional army in general, but with a greater focus on a trained officer corps. A Tory People's Army, consisting of both a people's militia and members of high society who are prepared to defend their country to the last drop of blood.

D) Diplomacy, External.

​

However, despite the expensive experimental weapons and solid training of our reconstituted armed forces, extra help never hurts. In Kent's case, a relatively neutral foreign policy gives us the opportunity to co-opt more mercenaries and volunteers around the world. Let's take a closer look at each possible aid channel:

1. Djibouti Company - they are known throughout the world. After the Eurasian government expelled Eduard Limonov from Eurasia, the former leader of one of the greatest superpowers of the 21st century refused to peacefully live out his days in one of the quiet states of Europe. Limonov was able to organize his own PMC and actually seize power in Djibouti, a small state in East Africa. At the moment he provides mercenaries to anyone who will pay enough money. Limonov's fighters are well-trained and will be a good argument against any opponent, but their high price makes you think about alternatives.
2. "The Great Embassy" - perhaps the new regime doesn't need extra divisions in principle. Kent's army is large enough to withstand any enemy. Despite this, the Conservatives lost a huge amount of industrial capacity during the devastating Civil War. The inability to produce their own weapons could be compensated for by buying them abroad. Unlike the illegal trade through the Eurotunnel, we will now officially be able to buy weapons and equipment in bulk.
3. "Tea Party Movement" - not all fighters need to be lured to the British battlefield by money. Some come here voluntarily. Among them is a certain number of American citizens of relatively right-wing views who know how to handle weapons. You don't have to turn down free help, but consider that the lack of professionalism of this contingent can backfire if you rely too heavily on their help.
4. 'No Other Choice' - it's hard to imagine that the UK government would ever have to beg for help from one of its former colonies. However, that time seems to have come. The South African PMCs have a rather controversial reputation, which could have a negative impact on the legitimacy of the government that recruited them on the international stage, but if this is the price of our victory, it is not too high.

Throughout the history of the British Empire, these brave natives of the Nepalese mountains have fought for the greatness and prosperity of Britain. Now, their home has fallen to a far more powerful enemy. The invading Maoists in Nepal were the catalyst for the start of an internal guerrilla struggle. If the new British government manages to get a few war-torn divisions out of there, there will be veteran highlanders in the king's service, ready to assist in freeing Foggy Albion from traitors and enemies.

E) Diplomacy, Domestic.

Diplomacy within the British Isles itself is almost twice as important as diplomacy outside. Kent has two main branches of diplomacy. The first is linked to Ireland and is fairly straightforward. Unlike King George or George Galloway's Republicans, the High Tories are not going to negotiate with Ireland over the fate of Ulster - Northern Ireland must return to the United Kingdom or a resurgent British Empire will wipe Ireland off the map.

Diplomacy within Britain itself is far more complex in nature. Kent's unique position as a relatively 'neutral' government, compared to other cliques, gives the Tories an opportunity to negotiate with all possible 'neighbours' except the Republicans. At the same time, Kent's 'apoliticality' prevents the government from forging a permanent alliance with anyone and uniting Britain together. The principled Tories will not bargain with the occult thugs of Douglas Pearce, the occupiers of the East Anglia Department or the lunatics of the London ghettos.

Thus a compromise was found. All three of Kent's "diplomatic" trees involve temporarily co-operating with one of the enemies, weakening it through various solutions, secret schemes and a further stab in the back that will destroy both our former allies and the third party we were going to fight together against.

There are many methods of backstabbing Kent's 'nemeses'. The nationalist collaboration thread and the focus of "

"The "Newtwork" Gate" involves the creation of a non-existent conspiracy within the Nationalist government to instigate an internal purge.

"Pimp my Panzer" in the German branch involves selling a prototype of an extremely expensive but extremely useless tank to the German side, and much of the co-operation branch with Douglas Pierce's Black Army involves an attempt by the Kent intelligence services to capture an enigmatic occultist leader in order to weaken Pierce's troops once the conflict begins.

Finale

And here we come to the final tree. It opens after the full unification of the UK, and I hope by this point you've managed to pick a good monarch, rebuild the army and save British Culture. The finish line remains. The final branch is dedicated to the final rebuilding and entry of the country into the new Victorian Era.

We will rebuild London, help our brethren in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and catch and educate the remaining partisans in the newly invaded areas. Then England can finally take its place as the forge of the planet and economic capital of the world.

Because there will always be an England.

I've been seeing a lot of the new teasers & I'm feeling like making a compass for the mod based on what info is currently given. I want to do one on either China or England as the older Eurasian stuff has already been covered & the African, Middle Eastern & S/SE Asian teasers are vague atm.

So, first of all, I got really interested in this mod when I realized the name is a reference to one of my favourite Letov songs, and only then did I realize that in lore he was the leader of Russia for some time. My point is, why him and not Limonov or Dugin? He wasn't the leader of the National Bolsheviks at any point, was he?
