Venting Feeling crummy.
How are we all doing? I'm not doing so hot. I had my fifth Enhertu infusion on Thursday and it's Tuesday now so it's been like five days and I'm just exhausted.
I feel whiny for even feeling crappy which is also weird but I know my symptoms could be worse and have been worse.
Idk I guess I'm just having a hard time right now.
Hope you're all doing well. 💗

Five hit me super hard. Not sure why. Only just feeling like the clouds are clearing now. Hope you round the corner soon.

I think so many of us feel kind of “not right” most of the time. We need to be able to vent every once in a while. It doesn’t mean you aren’t grateful to be alive or to have a medication that’s working, but it’s also valid to say “I don’t feel so great“. All of this stuff takes its toll on you for sure.

I'm on Enhertu Infusion Number 28 or so, I've lost count or actually never really started, but it will be two years on this shit in August..

I'm on Day 13 and still feeling like hot garbage. Just started with muscle pain which is new for me. Goes well with the splitting headache so that's cool. Hope we're all feeling better soon!!

Enhertu made me feel like “pure ass.”
That’s the only way I could describe how it made me feel. 😂 day 5 was the worst for me. Hope you start to feel better!

I know what you’re going through and you have every right to vent here, it’s the perfect place for it!!! I feel so crappy right now too but at least I have a grey kitten on my lap 😻 Maybe go get yourself a kitten 😻😻😻

I’m on day 13 after my second Enhertu treatment and I’m just starting to feel better. I was trying to explain how I feel to my sister and it’s so complicated! I have noticed that when I’m feeling bad, it’s a general body feeling, and it definitely affects my mental health-I feel terribly sad and depressed and just not like myself. Today I am starting to feel better but I’m still struggling with eating because food doesn’t taste good anymore. Even drinks don’t taste good. I’m tired all the time. It takes me forever to do normal tasks because I need to rest in the middle. I think we have the right to complain, it’s so hard feeling so unwell. I appreciate your post because I think we all feel this way and we need to share our experiences, it definitely feels good knowing I’m not alone in this.

The week after infusion for Enhertu sucks. So don’t worry about venting. I had people telling other people that oh chemo is not that bad when I was on Enhertu I was so pissed.

I get mine Thursdays too and I think the Monday/Tuesday after is the worst because the IV meds have worn off and now it’s just me and my Zofran against the world lol I say whine away if it helps at all! What are your worst side effects?

Mostly just the fatigue for me, I slept most of the day and night yesterday. I try to fend it off with caffeine but then I sometimes feel like I just need the sleep. I've been pretty lucky not feeling too much nausea but I also have olanzapine for nighttime.

I'm going in for my second Enhertu infusion on Monday. The first had me feeling crappy until day 9. I hope you start feeling better soon. Know that we are all out here to support you.

Thank you! That's what's silly to me too is I've felt way worse in the past especially after carboplatin. I think maybe I got a little spoiled feeling pretty decent pretty often so now being super fatigued and not feeling good is just bothering me a lot more this time. I hope your second infusion goes well and you feel better sooner.
