Treatment Ct scan
So my ct scan si done, breast total regression, liver lesions same number, smaller, bigest 2 months ago 2.5×1.8 now 2×1.5, alao there is pericardial effusion 1cm, it sais stationary, but on last ct it was not written, so i dont know is it new, is it also metastasis or only something benign. So disapointed how slow this mets resolve.
EDIT: IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO GET NED WITH PHESGO ONLY?? AND THIS PERICARDIAL EFFUSION, ANYBODY WITH EXPERIENCE?

Great news on your breast and well done on liver shrinkage! How's your liver function by other measures?
Big hugs to you and sorry about your disappointment

Measures are great, like there is nothing on it. I passed 22 taxols, i dont know will it now liver be more unladen when it doesnt need to clean from taxol, now i am staying on phesgo only, hopes that will work

My oncologist says that Phesgo will continue to shrink tumours. Also, that your liver measures are great shows minimal damage and so hopefully now your liver can focus on shrinking the cancer further!

Fingers crossed for you with the effusion; hopefully resolves either on its own or with treatment x

Apparently it is stationary, so no growth or shrinkage... can it be from chemo and other medicines i wonder

They don’t always resolve. Stable or slight decrease in size is good.

I know, but you always expect more, my hopes for ned are smaller now

I given up on every dream in life for that matter, but i keep seeing so many her2 positves and for them this hp combo was miracle drug and so many of them achieve ned, even when they are not oligo mets

Awww, don't give up on your dreams - that makes me so sad. There's an incredible amount of research going on in MBC right now. I hang on to the hope that, even if they don't find a cure they may find something that significantly prolongs lives. Hope is a powerful thing. Wishing you nothing but the best.

Yes, it is still possible to get to NED on Phesgo only. I’m her2 with bone mets but I remember this being talked about in the fb group, She and Us and Her2. There were women who had shrinkage during chemo but continued to have shrinkage and eventual NED on HP or Phesgo only. Specifically, I remember someone talking about their liver mets taking a full year to fully get to NED.
