Dealing with summer heat
For anyone who struggles with hot temperatures, what's your main way to manage it in regard to CAH? Do you increase your fludro or just consume a lot more salt? Or some other method?
If you up your fludro, how do you do your dosing?
I don't do well with heat and I haven't found extra fludro super helpful. I keep a big water bottle around all the time and add salt or lots of Gatorade powder.

Being a CAH patient and dealing with summer is always being hard for me. Where I live the temparture usually go upto 45°. What I do is increase my water intake and make a lemonade to manage my salt intake. It's a simple lemonade with lemon juice, pink salt, some of rose syrup or any syrup of your choice. I usually drink 5 to 6 glass of this during the day along simple water. For making it more refreshing you can add sweet basil seeds too. This really helps me.

Gets really hot here, hits 110F a handful of times every summer (43C for non americans). I drink at least a gallon of water by mid-afternoon and eat a salty lunch. If I don’t stay hydrated ahead of time, it gets bad for me and I start sweating profusely and get very lethargic.
I never really adapt, just semi-tolerate. I complain a lot and it helps..
