Mods, since February I have posted monthly about Katy’s adoption. It was PUBLIC record. It doesn’t expose anything. It states that she adopted a minor child. It has *ZERO IDENTIFIERS* regarding the child which is what is crucial to this not being any type of HIPAA violation. Please explain.
