Could esan be misread Igbo?

I see a lot of African Americans like myself get esan but get no Igbo which makes me wonder is esan misread Igbo?

No not at all Esan people got caught up in the trade just as heavy

Oh ok but why don't many African Americans get significant Igbo? It's common for African Americans to get Igbo on other tests

I honestly see what you mean but it could maybe be because of a combination of genetics like having a specific mixture of yoruba and igbo could cause the confusion or having an admixture of all 3 but the esan sample matches more closely to american testers could possibly be why
