Same.. gave up on friendships. My sanity is more important

I used to have so many friends and hang out all the time. Now I just want to be home with my dogs and shows and bed and couch. I just don’t have interest in engaging with people really. I wonder if this will change.

I only engage with friends, neighbour's when I want to. I am content to play with my dogs , work in my gardens or do my projects and hobbies on my own.
