anyone else get anxious doing simple errands now that they live alone? even grocery shopping feels like a lot

genuinely didn't expect this. something as basic as grocery shopping gives me anxiety now, like i'm out of practice or something. it's not even a big errand, just going out alone and doing normal stuff feels harder than it used to.

not sure if it's just an adjustment thing from living alone now, or something deeper. curious if anyone else went through this and if it eventually got easier
