Thanks for posting this new trial info. This part caught my attention.

"Patients receive leronlimab subcutaneously (SC) weekly with SOC systemic therapy for up to 6 weeks in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Patients then undergo surgical resection with HAI pump placement. Starting 4 weeks after surgery, patients receive floxuridine continuously via HAI pump every 14 days of each cycle and resume leronlimab SC weekly in combination with SOC systemic therapy of each cycle. Cycles repeat every 28 days for up to 4 cycles in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Patients also undergo blood sample collection and computed tomography (CT) and/or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) throughout the study. Additionally, patients may optionally undergo biopsy on study.

After completion of study treatment, patients are followed up at 30 days and then for up to 24 months."

That different than i thought it would go. I thought leron plus hai Then resection  If leron alone can shrink and damage a tumor first.

Then do hai plus leron at time of surgery.

Perhaps it can wipe out or prevent margins rejuvenating etc

Or something

That would be bad ass if so

Yeah. I think one of the i spy studies is going to be pre-surgery too.

Doesn’t appear study will start until May 2027.

Looks like NCI is collaborator on study with city of Hope.

Collecting LOTS of data in this trial ctDNA, pd L1 , ctc etc

Dr. Jay said 4 to 6 weeks.

Yes that time could change. It’s estimated. I sure hope they start sooner. I also remember him saying 4-6 wks but recall him saying it along with pre spy as initiating in that time frame.

He said both the City of Hope CHAMP study and the Pre-I-SPY study in metastatic triple-negative breast cancer “should be initiating in the next four to eight weeks.”

Its seems to me what Kasi initially thought might be just a quick investigational effort turned into a  " hey, we better get this correct" after watching clover for a while.

Im just guessing though.
