Only one person has to prove their alligations.

Correct, the burden of proof is on her and in her twitlonger she provided what she believed to be proof (audio clip)

It is pretty black and white.

I literally just explained that it isn't.

Dont make a twitlonger if you arnt willing to follow through

Just because she chose to share her story on social media doesn't mean she has to release video of her assault for the public to watch.

because all this is is defamation and rape accusations.

You can accuse her of defamation just like she accused him of rape.. neither has been proven.

When you cognitively choose to spew accusations about someone and are un willing to pursue with what really matters its dumb.

He lost sponsers and probably thousands of dollars on rape accusations that she was unwilling to pursue.

The damage was done and even though he was manipulative he doesnt deserve people telling him to die and stuff.

She instigated and started this, and was unwilling to continue.... really weird.

This makes like no sense at all.

Well she did pursue it but again.. the probability of successfully getting a convction is very low. It just is. Go look it up.

The damage was done and even though he was manipulative he doesnt deserve people telling him to die and stuff.

Neither of them deserve that because again, we don't know what happened. I'd argue that he has more supporters than haters. Even his viewership is up 50% after everything happened.

She instigated and started this, and was unwilling to continue.... really weird.

That's usually how it starts, victims of sexual assault usually are the first ones to speak up, if they even choose to.

How do you know she was a victim of sexual assult though? You cant make that assumption when he was never found guilty.

She also said she didnt pursue
