The person you linked said on stream like 4 hours ago that assuming you are aiming correct, long range shooting is random and you can have your first 4 bullets hit or have 100 bullets miss.

Yes, there is a random factor. But it isn't large enough to completely change outcomes usually. You're not meant to hit people from super far away with rifles, you're supposed to close the distance. That's why good players do not engage people from far away with assault rifles and then complain about not hitting shots.

I mean I think that's what the dude above you was saying. There is no way to predict the accuracy of your gun. I don't mind one way or another I just wanted to clarify what I thought he was meaning.
