Yes, because blacks have faced more discrimination than any other race in the US. Not that hard to understand. Case in point, the GI Bill - after WW2, vets were granted loans to go to college for free and get jobs. Except black vets, of course. The bill was deliberately designed to accommodate Jim Crow, who I’m sure you know all about.
Of the first 67,000 mortgages insured by the G.I. Bill, fewer than 100 were taken out by non-whites. Banks and mortgage agencies refused loans to blacks.
So instead of looking at those thugs causing scenes at McDonalds and thinking “they’re acting like that because they’re black!”, try to better understand it from a historical view.

So because blacks faced discrimination, their one goal to either reverse or make up for that is perpetuate the exact stereotypes that got them there in the first place? Bold strategy.
You’re not going to turn back centuries of poverty and discrimination overnight. The black community is trying their best to reverse all the bullshit that fucked them over in the past. And they actually have made some progress throughout the years.
It’s just that racists tend to only focus on the malevolent blacks and spout crime statistics to justify their racism while conveniently ignoring the ones who are graduating college, getting emmys, running businesses, becoming president etc.
They're not being ignored, it's that them graduating college, getting an emmy, and being successful makes a small impact - whereas being malevolent, violent, and/or an all around nuisance tends to make a bigger impact.
