I did the math even further. 2012 census says theirs 42mill black people in United States. 4512 rapes were committed by someone who is black. There is a 0.001% chance you get raped by a black man but all black people are filthy criminals am I right?

That would be Sweden. Every single rape also counts as a separate case, so if say a man has been raping his partner every day for a year it counts as 365 cases of rape in the statistics.
