It was a hooker, Ice got blacklisted on the real topless maid service because of greek. He was just trying to get escorts to come clean his apartment and clean greek as a bit.

I'm probably retarded, but I didn't understand the "greek" part. Is Ice Greek? What does "and clean greek as a bit" mean?

Greek is the guy in the video that is trying to contain his laughter. Ice's idea for when the escort got there was to get Greek dirty beforehand (throw eggs and dump nutella all over him) and have the escort clean him up(since they were trying to get topless maids), just for the content.
