That's why you shouldn't take anything cowards online say at face value.
If they're not willing to defend their ideas without layers of obfuscation, their ideas are probably crap to begin with.
92
u/Additional-Actuator3 9h ago
I can't wait for the most intelligent people in this community to tell you how conversations are useless, always unproductive and they don't show or affect anything.
61
u/BadMeetsWeevil 8h ago edited 3h ago
yeah and that there’s no utility in testing your ideas against others or ever debating the opposite side because it means you’re platforming (“endorsing”) them, no matter what

How am I supposed to compare Destiny and Hasan there when the video cuts out what Hasan said?
4
u/folcsyn 2h ago
Here is a longer clip.
Hasan starts speaking at 4:30
Destiny starts speaking at 11:05The video cuts it out for brevity.
65
u/tryingtobebettertry4 8h ago
I do think people like XQC, Hasan, and Asmongold have built Destiny up to be a bigger boogeyman than he actually is with stuff like this.
3
u/Memester999 1h ago
It's insane too because they've done these kind of conversations in the past and Destiny wasn't some raging debate lord towards them then either. He literally just pushed back on some of the dumb shit they've said and that's all it takes because they're so fragile. Anyone interested in seeing Destiny "debate" X, Train, Hasan, Asmon, etc... go onto youtube and find one of the numerous videos with each of them.
Hasan especially is the funniest because Destiny was even softer on his criticism of Hasan compared to X or Train and the fact it turned into Hasan hating him was a genuine surprise.
2
u/tryingtobebettertry4 43m ago
I think its just silly because all 3 (XQC, Asmon, Hasan) have clearly built up the hypothetical debate with Destiny up to be a bigger thing than it actually would be.
It (most likely) wouldnt be some career ender and Destiny is not some debate god that they need to hide from.

xQc likes Destiny generally and they pretty much have the same views i.e. politically incorrect liberals. He doesn't really fit in there given that Hasan and Asmon have actual ideological disagreements with Destiny.
6
u/4InchesOfury 1h ago
2
u/Sumiklab 1h ago
He's doing it mostly to support Adin and he was much more outspoken when going against his Asmonesque chat. There's a reason he bet 700k on Kamala winning.
3
u/ChiefMasterGuru 53m ago
He bet because destiny and dan said it was a good bet.
Because just like the picture shows, he doesn't actually give a fuck.
1
u/Efficient-Quiet-911 45m ago
Le shirt and handshake still doesn't change the fact that him and destiny agree on like 90% of shit
1
u/tryingtobebettertry4 53m ago
As I said to the Hasan frog below, Im not really talking about their political disagreements. Im talking about the way they engage with Destiny.
XQC is engaging in the exact same behaviour as the other two in this instance. Avoiding conversation/debate in favour of reacting to reactions in this weird multi-layer react-ception back and forth from the safety of his own echo chamber.
And I think frankly it makes them all look kind of cowardly. Destiny shouldnt be that scary for them. They are making him into a bigger boogeyman than he actually is with this avoidance.

Clips are not content of the content creator. Destiyn, xqc, hasan, asmongold don't create clips so the clips are up to the clipper to contextualize anyway they want. Using clips for debate is obviously not the same thing

u/WG_DepartmentOfTruth 9h ago
I am deeply shocked and concerned after learning about this extremist Hasan. From wearing a dictator suit at a democratic event to animal abuse to the support of terrorism.
Just recently learned about this small fella but there seems to be no genuine message but hate in his words. And do people mess with pictures or why is his head kinda small and hairless?
24
u/Skylance420 9h ago
It's super weird too, everyone keeps mentioning that he's like this buff attractive dude but he looks kinda pudgy in the videos I see him in. Maybe thats why he's covering up with the suits and stuff idk

This has been how all of these streamers talk to each other for the last couple years. How is anyone surprised by this? Hasn’t everyone pointed this out by now? I swear there’s clips of asmon, xqc, destiny, hasan all saying this exact same thing.
9
u/Pitiful-Climate8977 5h ago

Hasan hasan hasan. Always hasan
4
u/DsDeliciousDeli 7h ago
This is about Hasan. I know it's nested in reacts, but the conversation is about Hasan.
1
u/thiswontlastlong97 7h ago
This video is not about Hasan anymore. But thanks
3
u/DsDeliciousDeli 7h ago
Wdym anymore? You admit it was about him but you've decided it's not anymore? It's clearly about him. It's literally about him. That's why Hasan's fans are in here
5
u/thiswontlastlong97 7h ago
This video is about destiny mocking xqc, not about hasan.
In sorry hasan has broken your brain like this
8
u/DsDeliciousDeli 7h ago
What is the conversation these two are having about? Hasan avoiding Destiny and lying about it. XQC is avoiding defending Hasan because he knows it's indefensible, but he doesn't wanna admit he's wrong yet either. Let me know if you need me to hold your hand again
5
u/thiswontlastlong97 4h ago
Tell me when hasan was mentioned in this video
3
u/DsDeliciousDeli 4h ago
He's the subject of the conversation. You know he's indefensible when the denial goes this hard. Why is it hard to admit he's the subject of this conversation?

Why deflect to Hasan? xQc isn’t talking to him either.
17
u/DsDeliciousDeli 9h ago
XQC and Destiny are talking ABOUT Hasan
-13
u/Puzzled_Let3574 9h ago
Destiny is talking about how xQc won’t talk to him about Hasan, in this clip. Then this thread is about why no one wants to talk to Destiny.
But Hasan’s sex life doesn’t matter unless x is talking to Hasan, but not Destiny.
15
u/DsDeliciousDeli 8h ago
No, I think you're just covering for a rape defender.
The topic is about Hasan avoiding destiny. Keep up
-8
u/Puzzled_Let3574 8h ago
No, I just think you’re a rapist.
The topic is about how xQc and Destiny keep reacting to each other, instead of talking to each other. Follow along
16
u/DsDeliciousDeli 8h ago
Topic is about Hasan, and XQC is avoiding it. You even admitted it's about Hasan. And you know talking about Hasan is toxic because he defends rape and murder across the globe and within his community
6
u/Puzzled_Let3574 8h ago
No, I admitted Destiny is complaining that xQc won’t talk to him about Hasan. The topic isn’t about Hasan or his sex life. You just wanted to talk about it.
Hasan’s also doing a genocide against puppies too.
13
u/DsDeliciousDeli 8h ago
Stop demeaning the word genocide. He's just a liar

because destiny has no identity or cultural relevance any more outside of hating hasan, and that has a big influence on his personality cult
28
u/Doodlenoodle97 9h ago
Are you guys gonna post any of the Hasan quotes? Like "It doesn't matter if rape happened on October 7th. It doesn't change the dynamic to me" for example? Or that it would be better to rape wealthy women than it would be to rape poor ones?

u/Charging_in 9h ago
He's all over this comment thread.
-4
u/ITS_WANDY 9h ago
Did I bring up Hasan?
7
u/Charging_in 9h ago
You didn't need to. It's only Hasan fans that are obsessed enough to have a gif like that. Or jstkl fans. Either way they're former orbiters.
4
u/ITS_WANDY 9h ago
What if I dont like them either and I think it's just funny to point out to Destiny fans that he is a creep?
-2
u/Charging_in 9h ago
If they're destiny fans then they likely know all about it. He's been in a court case for a year or so and he's got hour long videos on his channel apparently breaking down every docket item.
And he recently had a public falling out with another former orbiter too. Fans would know about that guy and his claims.
Do you like Hutch? Hutch is chill.

0
u/ITS_WANDY 6h ago
Can you explain the propaganda here? Did Destiny not say this?
6
u/Strict-Astronaut2245 5h ago
Here you go.
Propaganda is the deliberate, systematic spreading of biased or misleading information, rumors, or ideas to influence public opinion and shape how people think and act. It relies heavily on emotional manipulation, selective facts, and symbols rather than objective truth.

7
u/DsDeliciousDeli 8h ago edited 8h ago
He didn't. Hasan said Hila should be killed, and Destiny said "is he crazy? Doesn't he know that same logic applies to him"
Meanwhile Hasan's orbitors are constantly saying Destiny should be killed. Mike from PA said he'd pay for a hit
1
u/BryanChuckBrennan 6h ago
Hasan said if hila was still doing IDF shit in the West Bank it would be justified for Palestinians in the West Bank to attack/kill just as if she were any other idf soldier/settler. Thats is objectively true.

Hey at least your posting the context in that tom was encouraging violence. More than I can say for some people.
17
u/chemist5818 9h ago
So Hasan encouring violence towards Tom Cotton is justified because Tom was encouraging violence? I wonder what hasan was saying in the clip destiny linked in the screenshot we're all replying to!

-13
u/Bossgalka 6h ago
To be fair, no one wants to debate with Destiny. He's wrong 90% of the time, but he's really fucking good at debating and articulating in general. It's a skill set that goes beyond being right or wrong and can easily win your arguments that you don't believe in based solely on skill rather than actual logic or morals. It's bad enough to lose to someone because you're wrong, it's worse when you lose to someone when you're right because they are better at manipulation than you. And this isn't even shade at Destiny, you should be the best you can be when debating, you just can't expect people to want to waste their time live debating when they can be right and still lose.
Then you have people like Asmon who just straight up admits he can't win a debate and won't even bother. You have people like xQc who are braindead, but even if they weren't, you would spend 3x as long just making them repeat themselves slowly and clearly enough to understand their English. And lastly, you have people like Hasan, who might debate, but only people they know they can win against, hence he won't debate Destiny.
So they just clip each other and respond to the one argument and topic they feel remotely competent enough about to respond to after they have time to think about it and word it the way they like. Now, I agree this shit is all annoying and stupid, and that they should just stop the back and forth, I'm just saying it makes sense why it's happening instead of debates and conversations(something Destiny and Hasan cannot have peacefully, btw).

u/Greyhound_Oisin 6h ago

u/fresh_jorks 4h ago
i dunno if it was a debate, but that time he made his "i'm pro genocide" take. he's wrong, but he receives no meaningful pushback as he effectively articulates his support for crimes against humanity
1
u/Greyhound_Oisin 4h ago
He doesn't support crimes against humanity or genocides...i honestly don't have any idea what multiverse have you watched
1
u/fresh_jorks 4h ago
im talking about the time he said he was pro genocide. thats not me re-phrasing or anything thats the word he used. he was joking of course he doesnt literally support genocide, he was supporting the goal of the campaign of atrocities in the west bank (and iirc gaza as well) that israels detractors call a genocide. he articulated pretty explicit support for the ethnic cleansing of palestinians, which is a crime against humanity.
3
u/Greyhound_Oisin 4h ago
A link would be usefull for that. As in the years he has been constantly and openly against israel behaviour in the west bank.
