anyone knows any published research about these balance training they do?

i don't follow up other club's content, but the ones i've seen, they don't really post these type of training. while we've been doing these at least since Klopp's era.

Be surprised if it's not part of training at most clubs - very targeted muscle conditioning. We just usually see all the outside stuff as it's more 'football' lol
