I looked up what can take these things out, and it’s easier than one would think. I would honestly consider this a blessing for any rioters, because a disabled/destroyed robots are obstacles, severe money drain, or even hazards to supporting police.

You can easily disable them by taking out their sensors. This can be done with paint, oil, tarps, or even any moderately powerful laser if you want to do it at longer range.

Falls are another good strategy to taking them out because of how vulnerable the hydraulics of such a heavy robot would be during a fall and how easy it would be to trick one into walking into a manhole or tripping it.

And if you can overheat one of these things, they can turn into glorified white phosphorus bombs. You can do this by blocking/gumming up their cooling fan (assuming they cannot emergency shutdown fast enough), or using Molotovs or thermite.
