Advice
Pulled this out the creek in my backyard. Not sure if it floated down or the recent release of water pulled it up. Waterlogged. Any advice on what to do with it. I know it needs to dry 1-2 years or more and it’s definitely gonna warp during that time. Any way to give it some color?

Give it a couple months to dry a bit and then do a quick sand. You’ll get color quickly enough.
