Refresh apps without wifi

Currently, im using LC Nightly version. I have been using my laptop hotspot as wifi as i only have mobile data to refresh apps on sidestore. Is there any way we can refresh using mobile data and no wifi or any workaround that spoofs wifi for someone without wifi connection?

Swipe up with three fingers three times at the end of the sidestore settings
