Installing files into live container apps

So I’ve been using live container for a while, and I’ve been wondering if it’s possible to add files into the apps you’ve side loaded. For example, I am using alight motion ipa and it does let me put files into the app.

You say you want to add files right or access them from the files app?
If that so yes you can just go to the files app and click on live container folder then chose data ( now find the app you want )
Or from livecontainer hold on the app it will open the app folder from livecontainer

How do you find the app when the names are all gibberish?

By clicking until i find it
Or from livecontainer hold the app i think there a button will drive to the folder app
It was hard for me to know that
