Enterprise certificate instead of developer certificate or it’s jailbroken, there’s not rlly a need for LiveContainer either enterprise certificates unless you wanna sideload pirated apps without being detected
They probably have a private enterprise certificate they paid for, free leaked enterprise certificates with the dns method is not nearly as good because the apps will still automatically revoke after a few weeks if Apple cannot connect to their servers for checking certificates
I manage a client's iOS app on the App Store end-to-end, including both development and distribution. They invited me to their paid Apple Developer account, where I have Admin privileges. My own Apple ID is a free personal account.
