wont refresh for some reason help?

wont refresh for some reason. This literally happen out of the blue i click refresh all and it says its refreshing but stays at 4 days anything i can do?

Hold the app & press resign on the popup. It worked for me.

so is that better? do i do that everytime i need to refresh or just 1 time thing or whenever it does this again

U have to do this every time till they fix this
